Best rooms with view are probably at the front with the veranda but even the view from the rear at this time of year was pretty spectacular....its a magical place...The rooms are nice and warm...quiet......more like home than a hotel and the room is refreshed every other day...There is a spar shop 30 yards down the road for getting food and whatever and there are restaurants in and around faistinau...ski ing is right on the door step and you can get a bus to salzburg on the hour...louis the guy who runs the place speaks really good english and was super helpful beyond the brochure.......more than enough to get you through without any problems so english welcome...Im planning to go back in september to explore the mountains on a bike and will definitely be staying at bayrhammer
