We have stayed here a number of times because of it’s location, but sorry never again. They have really held back on providing general necessities...no cutting board, the wine glasses were mismatched, no tea bags, no coffee bags, no salt and pepper and very basic toiletries. The carpet was stained, the bed was uncomfortable. The caretakers are quite nice, but seriously with all the competition from AirBnB in the area there really should be more effort made. Parking is on-street and the whole area feels unsafe

Disappointing

Clean apartment but dirty balcony with no table and chairs on the balcony - the reason we chose this accommodation was it had a balcony! Note this is a no-smoking building so select somewhere else if you smoke. Also no parking supplied if you hire a car. Basic toiletries supplied, limited coffee and tea but no milk or sugar. It is in walking distance to the Hornsby shopping centre. 

Quite basic

First the positives- Located between the train station and the shopping centre covers you perfectly for all your needs. The apartments are also spacious and generally clean.
The negatives- Such a noisy neighbourhood (this cannot be controlled), lack of a front desk makes this inconvenient for arrival and ongoing concerns that one may have. The booking details say that free internet is available, however this only applies to your own provider, there is no free internet. No room cleaning or fresh towels either.

A mixed feeling generally about this place and given the choice would stay somewhere else.

Good location and spacious- noisy and inconvenient

The caretakers are generally lovely and helpful.  The room was a dump though - cheap furniture, stained carpeting - minimum everything - couldn't believe how tired and poor everything was given the price we were paying for it.   If you want to feel as though you are staying somewhere 'nice' don't stay here.   By the way because the apartments are owned by individual owners if you have any issues with the room or disputes by law you are considered a rental tenant and would have to raise issues through the relevant tribunals etc - not very appropriate for a pre-paid short term lease.

The rooms are clean with cheap furniture.   I had a better mattress when I was in the army.   Unable to get any real restful sleep.   No Wifi in our building which was Not revealed when we made the reservation and had to pay in advance.   Minimal dishes  and no way to make coffee.   We had to buy our own wifi to survive for a week as we assumed wifi was present since the web site advertised Free Wifi.  With small print "except in selected locations " which we found on checking in     For $20 more a night we could have been in a nice hotel in central Sydney.  
Huge disappointment.   
Maybe adequate for Assies but very inconvenient for tourists  who don't want to walk 4 blocks to the nearest restaurant.
