What was good

Booked only because wanted to visit flamingo beach.

What was bad

From first entering hotel receptionist was not very friendly. He asked to provide credit card details and charged 50$ as a deposit also he did not provide much info what to do in the hotel. In the morning it appears thar 504$ gone from my account. I went to complain to manager. They pretended that it is system error! of course they lie. They just use every customer money to cover something of their needs. Beach in front smells waste water from septics. No Idea how people did not get sick by swimming there. I did not step in the water after smell this. Decent hotel charges 500$ and more per night and can not make biological waste water treatment plants? Even they have a message from the director how they are eco friendly. Another lie to the customers. Beds are terrible. Covered with polytileno film. After you sleep your all body burns from heat and lack of ventilation. Who can sleep on plastic by paying so much? After check out receptionist not even provided cards to go to Flamingo island even I told my plans to spend rest of the day there. I needed to go back and demand! by that time missed boat In General we had very bad experience in this hotel. I do not recommend to anyone to stay there. Fly to Bonaire if you want to see flamingos or somewhere else. Money stolen by hotel still not been returned!
