Tri Giao Hotel

First of all thank you to all staff very professional they know how to make a customer feel special, they make your dreams holidays become true. Overall rating is 5+ or 6 I was upgraded in a deluxe room with a king bed, panoramic view ocean and mountain, My first surprise was at the airport, i chose the pick up Hotel transport and the duty Manger Lan Anh was there to welcome me, i really apreciate and thanks for this polite gest. The room is very clean, well cleaned every day and quiet, air conditionned perfect as well the wifi, TV excellent. The location is good, a litlle far from center, but I solved that by renting a motorbike, renting a motorbike is at 2 min by walk (4$/day) The first closer beach is at less 10 min by walk, and much better than central beaches where is a lot of noise and tourists. Many restaurants arround with fresh fish in aquarium and karaoke bars The Hotel restaurant (I recommend) is excellent with a various food for vegans or not, service is exceptional special thanks goes to the restaurant manager and his team. The Spa is a very nice place to spend if is raining or just for relax, you can have food and drinks inside. I will certainly come back at TRI GIAO Hotel for personal reasons, and I'll be so happy to meet this great professional team again! Special thanks goes to everyone, but also to the General Manager Mr.Viet and of course to Ms Lan Anh. This a 4 stars Hotel with a 5 stars service, I'm a Duty Manger in a 5 stars Hotel in Geneva from over 27 years so I know about service (don't worry they act the same with every customer, I told them the last day I'm a Hotel Manager:) ) Thank you all team, continue like that!!!
