I visited first time. I only look from the door. Trusted the owner. But when I checked in. It was a complete disaster. They gave me a room that has been been clean. Except the bed sheets and pillows was clean.

First time in my life i see an hotel so dirty. I have been in 39 countries. And it is the worse place. Even the toilet bowl. When I flush the toilet. All the water go outside the bowl to the floor!!!! It is true. When I pe. the bowl design so bad. I pee and that bounce to the floor!!!!!!! no joke! And the toilet bowl so low in height. I cannot even sit normally.  Even my friend she saw it and she was disgusting. The two remote controls for TV and air con was very dirty. I used a wet wipes to clean it. The carpet was dirty. the floor was very dirty. i walked and my feets was very dirty. The border of the paint. It was very dirty. I asked them to come to clean. And also the ash tray for cigarette was dirty and dirty water and cigarette was inside. I asked the housekeeping to come clean that.  The manager told her in Vietnamese to clean that and that and that. 

She forgot to clean the border of the paint and the floor under the computer desk and behind to the beds. I really did not liked the way. she looked at me very angry. It is her fault. 

The bed sheet. one was yellow spot on it. The fridge was very dirty. you can see dark spot of dirty trace. TV image is disgusting.

And to finalize the review. The most important for me was Wi-fi. I need it for my homework in my home country which is Canada. She told me she had the very fast wi-fi. Like if it was the fastest in town. In fact I was not even able to play youtube video. I had to wait every 10 seconds or so. 

Also  I paid for one month. So next day I checked out and she said the room is very good. That she will charge me 450,000 VTN. But it was the same price that i paid in my previous hotel. And I was in a better location. I had city view with balcony and new renovated room. And very clean with fast wi-fi. And all amenities. I told her  that. then she saw a customer come and put the key on the counter and left. She said you see this customer paid 450,000 for one night and he was satisfied. I can tell you the guy was happy to leave the hotel. He had a big smile in the face. Like if he was escaping!!!!!! I saw two other foreigners walking the head between the legs. Very discouraged. Me and my friend was laughing. 

She has a nice tiles on the elevator floor but she put a very dirty carpet welcome, red color. And she put many small red welcome carped in the entrance. over the tile! the tile is nice and she put something ugly.

The furniture's is old and ugly in the room. The window is leaking when he rain. And she want me to pay 450,000!!!!!. Because of her that costed me to taxi trip for total of 140,000 vtn.

I asked her a full refund and she refused and charged me one night like i said. And she refused to refund me the taxi when i decided to accept to pay the one night. She made a mistake. she refunded me 8.8 millions. I told her I gave her only 8 millions and it is in fact 7.550,000 she owe me. I was enough nice to be honest and not claim the one night. anyway. She don't  deserve to be nice to her.

Nice view on Sheraton and Mountain and quiet. But quite dirty and everything not working
