We're having a trip to visit our families in Nha Trang  we're check in on second week of October, 2018 during we stay in there no cleaning offer by Hotel management couple days later we check out then the receptionist was sitting right where customers waiting  with his foot on the table and play game we asked him please we need to check out our room he's then reply just wait, he made us waiting for him while he is  busy play game online.

This THANH SANG Hotel it is NOT recommend to anyone or visitors to stay in there the whole streets punch of Hotels on the same street more likely hood they acted the same way and they're NOT appreciate our business.

Anyone reading this note please don't bring them any business to help them survive.

Deceptive Business Unprofessional Act

Ok so there are some positives to this hotel. The receptionists are lovely and very helpful. The beds are also comfortable. The swimming pool is small but a great suntrap and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Check in is from 12pm. We arrived at this time and ehen we went to our room it had nit been cleaned/ made up from the orecious guests. We theb had to wait an hour for this to be done.Originally we were on the 11th floor and were woken up 3 days on the run between 6 and 7 am by very noisy cleaners and the washing machine. The first morning I asked them to be quiet and they did, however it happened again the day after. By day 3 we had had enough and asked to move rooms. We moved to the 9th floor and were then woken up at 845am by the cleaner knocking on our door asking to clean the room. Although the rooms are fairly clean, there are a lot of ants. I kept having to flick them off me whilst in bed.
Would I stay here again? No. I do feel the rooms are overpriced for what they are.

Noisy and full of ants

We checked in to thanh sang hotel late night due to our bus schedule. The receptionist told us they had room for us.. they then took us to a room with SOMEONE SLEEPING IN IT! Then Took us to a new room that was COMPLETELY DIRTY!! Dirty bed sheets, garbage everywhere, hair everywhere, etc... DISGUSITING!!! We asked for fresh bed sheets for the 2 beds, only got 1 set with NO PILLOW CASES. In addition instead of checking out at 11am, they insisted we left at 9am. When it came time to pay we wanted a discount due to the situation and he held my passport hostage until we paid the full amount. He pretended he couldn't speak English, meanwhile we knew he did because he spoke English to us earlier. Long story short DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!! Worst place I have ever stayed in my life and I travel often.

We stayed here for two nights on a "cheap rate" of $16us a night.
The building next door is under going renovations and building starts very early and is very very loud.
The staff put us in the room knowing that it would happen because of previous complaints the last few days. 
We were actually woken early in the morning by the cleaners who, being caught sleeping in a room the day before by us and the hotel receptionist as she was showing us a room, had a full argument in the hallway outside our door. We had to go out and literally shout over them to ask them to leave.
No manager around which we asked to talk to but again "lost in translation". We asked for a small discount or something at least to put a smile on our faces but the reply was that we didn't do it for others so we won't for you.
We have travelled a lot of Vietnam and the world and this is the worst we have stayed and not all cheap.
We feel scammed.
Adhere my advice. The cleaners cleaned our room and left our door unlocked for anyone using the pool to just walk in. No security, no friendly Vietnamese service and a rip off. 
Stay somewhere else for a better price.

Terrible, please read. Do not stay.

On a tiring twelve hour trip to Nha Trang, we decided to stay at Thanh Sang Hotel, seeing that the place was new and looked quite bright. Upon entering, we were greeted with friendly staff who opened the door for us and took our bags. The reception was new - quite modern and created a great impression on us. One of the front desk people were playing League Of Legends (and I see you lost). This is excusable because we checked in at 1AM in the morning, so I guess he would be bored out of his mind. We entered the room, and it looked quite nice for a two star hotel. Comfortable beds, nice design with a minibar. I got into bed, and found an ant crawling - obviously having an insect problem. Apart from this, I enjoyed my sleep and so did my family. I woke up the next morning, and decided to shower. It was very dirty, and it stank. There was also no hot water, or a very weak stream. We checked out the next day, but it was a decent and cheap stay.
