My stay was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi. The staff was very kind and helpful. My room was very clean. The food was great. Will definitely be staying here again when I return. 

Best hotel!

The Location was perfect! The staff were perfect and helpful and very very friendly. Room were neat and quite big and food was amazing! Totally would come back and totally recommended to other travellers fellow!!+++ 

Excellent Hotel&service 

Comfortable gem in the middle of the old quarter. Best nights sleep of our trip. Staff made it extra special. Fiona is delightful and helpful. Listen to their street food recommendations. Spot on. 
If there was anything lacking we didn’t notice because the service was exceptional. 

Gracious and friendly

Hands down, best value in the Old Quarter Ha Noi. The staff in this boutique hotel was perfect, from the beautifully presented welcome sweet treat and drinks  to massages, dining, laundry service and extras. The hotel was super clean, cool and restful after hot and humid city touring. Expecting a westernized lunch menu, we were surprised by a widely varied and very high quality traditional meal - yummy! We would return.

Spectacular Service

We just departed today and wanted express our deep appreciation for the front desk staff at Marvellous Hotel. We asked for all kinds of unusual assistance and reservations during our 3 day stay. Every request was met with a smile and wonderful results. Ms My and the staff knew the best place to exchange money, find a men’s shave, a great foot massage etc etc. The bell captain would even escort us if needed.  The food and drinks at the in house restaurant was also just what was needed. 

Perfect service

We have now travelled around Vietnam and Marvellous hotel has got to be one of the best hotels we stayed in. The room was spacious & the breakfast incredible. We used the spa twice during our stay because the massage was amazing. The staff were so helpful - we had an early flight and they packed us a take away breakfast. We hope to be back and stay at the hotel again!

Incredible stay!

We booked last minute as a honeymoon stay. The staff was extremely nice and Nicholas gave a very nice overview of Hanoi during the checkin. We wanted to stay a 2nd night but they were full! They transferred our luggage to their sister hotel Trendy hotel and spa for no charge and were very helpful all around. Cam on!

Fantastic hotel!

Took a cooking class at the Hotel. One of the restaurant chefs led the class. We had a dedicated translator which made the class most enjoyable because of her enthusiasm and good humor. The class was held for just two of us. We learned how to make spring rolls and multiple other Vietnamese specialties. Best part was enjoying the fruits of our labor at the conclusion of the class. What a gem to find. Recommend without hesitation!  Well worth the time and money.

Marvelous Cooking School

A clean comfortable hotel hidden away in the chaos in the heart of the Old Quarter.  Very convenient location for visitingthe main tourist sites and soaking up the atmosphere.

The staff are very attentive and very helpful. The hotel, food and spa are good value.

Comfort hidden in the chaos of the Old Quarter

It was a fantastic stay in this central based hotel. We felt very welcome from the first minute. As a start we became a nice welcome drink. The stuff is unbelievable friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and eventhough the hotel is located in a noisy area you hear nearly nothing within the rooms. We can just recommend this really nice hotel. It is perfect for a city trip to Hanoi. The price performance ratio is really great.
