I have been in the smaller room with 12sqm and the color on the wall was lovely. Everything was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Also the restaurant was amazing. The location is very central in the fun street. If you are two tall people i recommend to switch to the bigger room. Great place. Will be back 

Great place to sleep

The owners of the hotel are super nice and friendly Familie! They help you with everything and have good advices for activities and places in HCMC. The hotel is very clean and has a amazing location in the famous district 1. When I'm back in HCMC I will defiantly come back to this place :)

Cozy hotel

I have stayed here three nights and the rooms are clean and cozy. They have a daily room service and complementary water. The staff helped out with booking the tours to the Chu Chi Tunnels and Mekong. The area is right in the busy Bui Vien Street and even though my room has been very silent. Downstairs they have a great restaurant with amazing food. It’s a place to be!

Great staff and clean rooms!

We stayed there 5 nights 22 to 27 April 2017. Staff and the owners were really friendly, it was like homestay : we requested for a kettle for coffee/tea making facilities and an additional pillow : within minutes our request was attended to!
Centrally located in the busiest touristic street Bui Vien, and yet inside the room, it was peaceful and quiet. Air-con, fridge, safe, everything was in order. We surely highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Guesthouseic street

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. I stayed for a night. The blanket was obviously dirty, because my legs started itching the minute I got under it. I tried to ignore it and woke up the next day with a rash all over my thighs. 
When the bathroom door was left open, a faint but funky gutter smell came into the room. 
There was also street noise even at 1 pm as my room faced the busy backpacker street. Lesson learnt to always pick a hotel in the backlanes. 
I've been to HCMC many times and there are much better accommodation in the area.
