We booked 4 nights at Sunline Hotel in Hanoi with a trip to Sapa and a night at Halong Bay in-between. Emma from the hotel organized both of our tours, airport transfers, accommodation & recommendations of restaurants and tourist spots in the city, all of which were excellent. Sunline Hotel is well situated with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast, sky bar & all the staff were great. It was a perfect base for the week and I would highly recommend. Thank you to Emma who was so efficient and friendly throughout our planning and executing a brilliant holiday for us.
