Paid $15NZD a night. Not a lot to do in Danang but the location was close enough to walk to the dragon bride (don't miss the fire show in the weekends) and to the Vincom mall for a movie. Big bed, friendly owners, modern rooms. Only tip I would give is to request a room not on the 5th floor - the drainage system is really bad smelling. The owners obviously know as they burnt oils in our room and offered to move us once a spare room downstairs opened up without us having to ask. Great option in Danang 

Stayed here on night before catching a flight out of Danang. Nice little hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms are nice sized and rather modern. The walk in rate was 350,000 VND.

As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are a bit noisy as they face a busy intersection.

I even thought of giving this hotel five stars, considering the value you get for the advertised rate: 300,000 VND for a Single. It's off the main road, no doubt. And busy after 7 am, but this is typically the case for any hotel in the middle of any Vietnamese city.

The room was very clean. In fact, I was told by a friend that there had been a renovation done. My room had a window facing the street. Fine, as it made the room bright. It was secure as I was given a key to lock it. 

Everything worked. The bathroom becomes wet after you have a hot shower. That was the only annoyance you need to get used to.

Thoroughly recommended. 

it is a small and no frills hotel. only 3 storey's but the location is good. It is just by the side of the Han Market or Cho' Han.  you can access to Han river, eateries and bars all within walking distance. it is run by a lady boss and she is very helpful. you can negotiate on the room rates. for a single room for 1 person and it is a/c with attach toilet for 300K dong. they dont provide breakfast but you can get food all over danang. let it be asian or western.

Great location, friendly staff

good location

The location is on the main street, meaning it is very loud at night time. You literally hear everything.. the cars, scooters and people karaoking right through the windows. 
The bedrooms are average, not the cleanest with small bathrooms. The tv remote only had one battery so we couldn’t use the tv much without getting up to change the channels. 
It is good for the price since the AC works very well. Hosts are friendly and always greet you, but not recommended for those who value your sleep!
