We arrived at the Hotel  by very strong wind; staff was very helpful with the luggage. Late at night we were hit by a Hurricane; the electricity broke down; even of this circumstances the staff brought us breakfast (next morning) to the room whatever was possible; of course no hot meal and no hot coffee. They felt so sorry for all of this. Nevertheless we would definately recommend this Hotel!

Amazing few on the ocean; very clean room!

A bit far from City Center, 10km, suitable for couple or those who love peaceful atsmosphere. Cozy interior design, near the Beach, great view, but we cannot swim in the beach here. Just enjoy swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The Aurora is good value, with clean & spacious rooms. Excellent wifi. Breakfast is reasonable with a good range of choices. Staff are very friendly & responsive to requests. We were able to check in early & check out late with no difficulty. Nice pool on site, but better still is the small sandy beach you can access which is a 5 min walk down a path & steps. Unspoilt & very quiet. Aurora is a 10/15 min taxi ride into Quy Nhon costing about 100 - 150,000 dong, so you are not tied to the resort. 

Good value quiet resort just outside Quy Nhon

Nice resort for holiday for couples or family stay.

The resort is about 10 km from the city centre and we rented a car to move around Quy Nhon during our stay in September 2017.  Another option is to rent a motorbike if you wish to go sightseeing of different places in Quy Nhon.

The Private Bay Villa and Ocean Front Villa offer the best view of the ocean and it is worth to pay a little extra for the Great Great Ocean View.

The resort restaurant is a bit over priced and we ordered live seafood from the outside shop then asked the restaurant chef to cook for our dinner.  Breakfast is ok but there is room for improvements.  

Resort management should consider different options should guest wish to swim at the beach since currently, the designated beach area need to climb up too many stairs after swimming and it is quite steep.

One of the best Ocean View spot in Quy Nhon

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August. The hotel sits on a cliff side about 45 minutes from the airport and about 15 min from downtown. The hotel room was large with a great view, the menu was more than adequate and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. 

Our room was large with plenty of cabinet space and a comfy bed. The bathroom was huge with nice counter space. The sink did not drain quickly but, we told them at checkout, I am sure they will fix it. We would wake up to some lizard/gecko pop on the chair but, glad the little guys were there and well fed because there were no bugs. Our room water and wine glasses were not washed/replaced, they were just put back in their spot and there were a few scuff marks on the walls but, over all the room was fine. 

The pool was large and had a dreamy view. It had a lovely "shelf" to lie/sit on so you would be partially in the water and there were lots of chairs to use. The water was a bit foggy and a few tiles were missing from the floor of the pool. But, over all it was fine. 

The beach was secluded and clean, the water was clean and the waves were perfect for jumping. To reach the beach one has to walk/take a golf cart to one end of the property and go down about 13 flights of stairs. There are chairs, but no umbrella or restroom. 

The food was good and there was a large verity of food. The breakfast was Vietnamese, which we like. They do have an egg station if you want an egg. 

The staff were soo friendly and soo helpful. They were there to answer all of our questions and get us taxies.

Quiet get away with great staff

I will remember only one positive thing ... 
the sunrise ...
Then our experience was kinda stressful for holidays ...

Hôtel is far away from everything and no restaurants around there so they are overcharging for food and drinks ...but food is ok ! Super Long to come and u will be bitten by mosquitos ! 

The Swimming pool ! It s just lol ! A duck pond ... I Guess if you dare Swimming in it I would be radioactive .:..

The room ok ! Actually too big ...
The bathroom could be a Hammam compared to the bedroom ! So hot And no aircon ...
U might Need googles to watch the TV .. too small and far from the bed ...

Breakfast ...we arrived peak time ! Nothing to eat anymore ! Lol ... I had a good omelet then ...

Front desk ! She didn't speak English at all !!!
We asked for a driver to drive us around it took age to explain .. then we wanted to go the beach for Swimming so I asked if we can check out at 1pm, she asked her to leave the room first because the next costumer arrived and later she will assign an other room ! Lol 

Then we arrived at the airport and we figured she forgot to give to my gf her ID back ... she called and ask to the hôtel to send the ID asap ... 
the driver asked us 400000 ! Lol 
She called and finally she said the hôtel will pay .... 
no one apologised about it !!!  

Working for 20yrs in hospitality I feel very bad for them about the poor attention they are paying to their guests ... paying 180usd for that it's not a worth ...
 

No way 

We were finishing our three week trip around Vietnam and stayed here for two nights. Our room was so so, but did have a nice view. Our first night a pipe in the bathroom broke while we were at dinner at another beach. Luckily there was a drain so we didn’t come back to a flooded hotel room. Slight inconvenience, not a big deal. They offered us a beer for the inconvenience. The next morning ( roughly 10:30/11 am) we wanted to go down to their private beach.  The gates were locked and eventually someone came and opened it. After about 15 minutes the man who was on “lifeguard duty” waved at us to come up because he was hungry and wanted to eat lunch. I laughed and refused to go. After about ten more minutes of him yelling and insisting we come in we decided to go in. I was shocked. When I shared my experience to the front office the lady giggled and said that he was hungry. Again, shocked. Come to find out, 3 people drowned here a few weeks ago! 

The only positive things I can say about this place is that it has potential and we really appreciated the extremely hardworking man who ran the pool house restaurant. He was fantastic! 

One more thing, as we checked out we noticed our bill had two beers charged from our first afternoon. We asked if they could take them off because of the pipe bursting promise they had made. It was too challenging for them to do that. We said ‘forget it’ let’s get the heck out of here. 

Suggestions for your hotel-
- open up and clean your private beach of trash
- don’t let your staff tell guests to come in from their beach time because they are hungry 
- pick up the trash around your property ( there were about 5 staff members sitting in the lobby playing on their phone when we arrived.  I also saw other hotel guests throwing trash off the sides near the cliff) your property could be so beautiful if you took care of the land
- add umbrellas to your pool area so people can enjoy your nice pool
- don’t lie to your customers when they ask you about the accident that happened there

Will not be back but wish your hotel the best and a growth mindset.
