This place will screw you out of your money if you're trying to stay month to month.  I've had nothing but issues with them, clogged toilets and sewage coming up out of the shower. Rooms constantly stink like cigarettes because next door tenants smoke. Crackheads all over the place. Felons and sex offenders stay here. Stay away like I should have.

Horrible place to stay

Rooms were nasty. Hair all over the shower. Looked like they never changed linen, dirty socks in corner under bed. No coffee, cups, or any amenities except a bar of soap. People fighting all night long and dogs constantly barking. Go to the Ramada inn for same price with all amenities and a pool.

Do not stay here!

This place is disgusting!!. Room was nasty, smelled bad, was given extra towels and they smelled like cigarette smoke.  Loud! And people hanging around parking lot all the time don't stay! Go elsewhere. Not worth the cheap rates should have known. Reviews must be given by all the people hanging out in parking lot all hours

Vacation.

the best thing about this hotel was the ride out of the parking lot.  Went to check in about midnight, the room was dirty like it had not been cleaned and the sheets looked like they had not been changed in a few weeks.  There were very suspect people hanging out in the parking lot.  I am a hot shot driver and had the very sneaky suspicion that my load would not be attached to my truck when I woke in the morning.  I left as quickly as I arrived and chose to sleep in my truck as a safer alternative.  If you are looking for some drugs around this area, this parking lot is where I would start......

DON'T GO....

The motel has free parking. Check in went quickly. The facility looks run down. The rooms have outside entries. The room was adequate and I got a good night's sleep, but I did not get my requested wake up call. I managed to check out quickly.

Budget motel near Interstate 29

Nothing bad Nice and clean room I like this place and the location everything is close by easy access to restaurant and the zoo my kids love that place you guys should visit once its just 5 minutes away from hotel.

Fun trip

We stayed here as part of a cross country road trip. We chose Motel 6's across the country because they have a nationwide dog policy that has no weight restriction. While our room was clean...ish... there was trash all over the outside of the motel, including cigarette butts and part of a bicycle in the dog area. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and our feet were dirty after walking around barefoot (though I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and guess that they were cleaned and this is because the door didn't actually meet the floor and it's a very dusty area). While they "had COVID protocols" in place it almost seemed like a facade. Not sure why I couldn't get ice when people were blowing cigarette smoke 3 feet from my door. Also the wifi was $5/day.

A Place to Sleep

If you can get passed the unsanitary conditions of the room and the horrific customer service then you must deal with the various safety hazards.  There is no water pressure so showering is a no-go and all the smoke detectors have been removed from the entire motel.  Avoid this place at all costs!

Do NOT stay here!

It seems like they are getting a remodel but it can't come soon enough.  I was actually scared a couple of times.  People live here.  The stairs in the center were removed due to construction so you had to walk past all the other rooms to get to yours.  There were people standing on the balcony having loud "discussions" so trying to get past them with our luggage and child was a treat.  There was some kind of fight in the parking lot at 730 am and then a construction crew started grinding the fences at 745. This was on a Sunday.  The pool is closed and looks like it hasn't been cleaned or open all season.  The room itself was small but cleanish and decent.

Wow, and not in a good way.

Trash all over the parking lot. Fast food scraps and litter on the stairs. Door locks that come off when opening. 

This place is supposed to be being renovated. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt.  Reading other reviews here on Trip Advisor should have told what expect.
