74 years old, had reservation 6 mo's in advance for the conference.  Wasn't able to get the entrance code and didn't stay.   Drove back home 200 +/-.  Does not look [outside] like cover photo, not even close.  Don't don't do it, you"ve been warned.    

Got suckered

This was the worst place ever, and the Vacasa Management is no help, they just take your money. The ad was lovely, but in NO WAY representated the room and the conditions. NOT quiet, both from the street and the rooms next door echoed into our room. The TV didn't work, no cable, warm water shower, and the Coffee Maker did not work. AND there was no Help available. just texting which was all scripted. 

Worst Stay EVER

This place is HORRIBLE. No WiFi, dirty floors, sand in the bed, 1/2 a table with a one cup coffee pot and loose coffee in a not sealed jar abs a roll of paper towels is NOT a kitchenette. Every time you roll over in bed the springs sound like two elephants are mating on the bed, walks paper tin and major highway noise. Do NOT believe anything anyone from vacasa says about quality of the room. They are not remodeled nor updated. My husband relied on personal conversation when booking g a surprise getaway. What a disgusting surprise.

Unbelievably bad

Room was dirty, furniture would have rejected by Goodwill. Bathroom sink had chip. Refrigerator would emit a high pitched sound for minutes at a time. The coffee make is old style and leaks, when I used a paper towel to clean up the water the paper turned brown because the floor is so dirty. No air conditioning. Old style mattress that squeezed. . It will not be an enjoyable stay.

Not worth staying

Fart fan is connected to heater, enough said I think. So hard to keep it sexy when you come out of the bathroom sweating bullets. Other than that, great location to the beach and walkable groceries and dining.

WHAT MONSTER ATTACHES THE FART FAN TO THE HEATER?!

Small, quaint little hotel. Excellent staff. Big rooms with excellent sleeping quarters, the beds were very comfortable will stay there again! Loved the origami crab made out of the bath towels! The staff seemed to really enjoy their job also very friendly. will stay there again!

Excellent place to stay

We did an overnight in Rockaway Beach at the Sea Treasures and found it very good for the price. Rooms are a bit dated, but they were clean and there were nice little details, such as the towels done in the shape of swans (which were some of the softest towels I've encountered anywhere); nice soaps; and a good TV setup. The walls are thin, but it was mostly quiet. Very friendly staff. We'll stay here again!

Clean and Affordable

I lived in hotels for 6 weeks before finding housing. Each week a different place, different city. This place is well maintained and by far the cleanest/most secure place between Rockaway and Pacific City. 

Best place in Rockaway

This small family run beach side hotel is the sort of gem travellers dream of finding.

A warm welcome, freshly decorated and clean rooms and fluffy towels at a good price.  Our room was large with everything we needed, microwave, WiFi, fridge and comfortable beds.  It's pet friendly with a resident husky "Ghost" who may say hello if prompted to leave his bed.

Don't be put off by the old and shabby exterior (unless modern design is more important than comfort and hospitality) it's great to be able to relax about walking sand into the room if you come back from the beach with wet feet.  The central location is also good for the supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Definitely a smart accommodation choice.

Diamond in the Rough

A warm welcome awaited us at this unpretentious motel. Really good value for money if you just want a comfortable, no frills, room for the night. Huge room with everything you needed for your stay. Obviously well thought out with lots of fluffy towels, toiletries and comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water, good wifi and coffee provided. We really enjoyed the hospitality here.
