Hotel is in a great location right on the strip of downtown Palm Springs the rooms are fairly decent with a separate living room which is nice of two separate TV so you can have two super rooms privacy. The downfall of the hotel is the pool area is very Very small they only had 25 chairs for the guests of the hotel and they no more chairs in the back. the pool was gated along with glass gates all around and they have plenty of property near the pool but no chairs. They need to reconstruct the pool area. Pool area was very dirty with trash all around from guests leaving it there is nobody working the pool area to pick up the trash and there’s tons of dirty towels everywhere sitting there all day long I was going to pick it up myself, but I kept telling myself that I do not work here. the employees at the front desk are very nice and it is in a great location, but if you’re looking to hang out by the pool and lounge do not come here. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows the bathroom was not great there’s a plumbing issue in the shower the water will not drain for a very long time so I had to take a shower in a tub full of dirty water from my mom
