Condos are in bad need of updating furniture, linens  and towels. No Security, poor lighting, insufficient parking. 
We are time share owners and confirmed our yearly reservations with “management” weeks ago and condo was prepaid. We arrived today at check in time 4:00 pm, and no staff or management were there. So we couldn’t get the keys. We had to go to a Hotel because the phone numbers are bogus now and the message box is full and outgoing message says they aren’t receiving calls at this time? The phone numbers listed on their website are 843 449 7484 and 843 274 1685, but no one answers.

Stay Away From Ocean Forest Colony in Myrtle Beach, SC 

I wish I could give this property a negative number. Yes, it is old. But that would be okay if not for the building being unsafe, dirty and unbelievably smelly. Couldn't even SIT on the sofa because of smell. Had to cover it with sheet and bedspread and then it was at least tolerable. The only good thing about this place is the location and the VIEW. The building actually should be torn down.

NO WAY

If your purpose is the beach and relaxation you come to the right place.  The resort is Comfy, but outdated, parking extremely limited.  However location, location, location. Close to stores and restaurants .

Big bathroom floor in master bathroom weak

I had a 2bedroom/2bath room which included king and 2 twins, kitchen was very old and in much need of upgrades. The flooring throughout the whole room was wavy as if wood under carpet was rotted. Room key is an actual key. The only water amenities was one outdoor pool that goes to 8ft. which was closed. A safe is in the room. I have stayed in many resorts in the area and I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s worth the extra money to go somewhere else. 

Old and Dumpy

We are owners here.  Go every year for 20 years.  Best investment ever.  It is more private than bigger places, but amenities aren't accurate.  There is NO bar or lounge.  It is a 12 unit little place.  Pool is not heated although  it  is opened too cold to get it in April when we go.  

Great place

Great place to go for a low key vacation right on beach in a nice neighborhood.Small old school beachfront building with pool. Older style with beachy vibe furnishings.Perfect for a family.Kutchen has all you need to cook in if needed .Great for kids.Clean+ well mainted with elevator .Only 3 floors.

Ocean Forrest Colony Beach ⛱️ trip.

Nice condo, quiet neighborhood, excellent beach access. Only problem is ice cold poolNeed to heat pool

Need to hear Pool

Television was very hard to figure out. Box on screen saying please wait would not go away.
