What was good

Nothing. Will never stay there again.

What was bad

The room was awful. Dirty, dingy, disgusting. Looked like a cheap 24 hour motel with blue LED lights that could only be turned off with remote that couldn’t be found. Dirty bedding, dirty tub. Disgusting. The hotel was disgusting. The carpet is black to try and hide the filth. There were dirty q tips on the floor. Hard to imagine they are cleaning for COVID when the basic sanitary requirements aren’t met. Was given a room that we didn’t book. Was told we could not be moved into our correct room because hotel was booked (this was after attendant admitted she had been switching rooms for people all day). Was forced to sleep in incorrect room. Was told manager would be there the next morning to resolve the issue but instead it was a difference attendant who was unhelpful and kept claiming he couldn’t do anything because he was new and gave attitude. Manager arrived 45 minutes after she was supposed to and has the rudest attitude. Said it wasn’t her fault we were in wrong room but was zen hotels (still waiting for call back from zen hotels). Manager had the nastiest attitude and refused to remove charge for wrong hotel room because we used it (when we had no other choice). Completely unsympathetic or helpful. So rude.
