Great location!

What was bad

The beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard and some had the spring coming out of it. There was also some side bars sticking out from the side of the beds. Our room had a total of three towels (two large and one small). When we needed new ones we had to go ask. There was writing on the wall and on the frame that was hanging on the wall. The base boards were dirty and they really don't clean underneath were they should. The curtains also dirty as well as the bathroom. Staff was polite and welcomed us when we got there. I feel that they could do a better job at connecting with their guest. There was a day during the week were I was going to take a shower and the water was just coming out cold. I waited a bit and still the same. I left for some time and thought maybe it was the pump that was off but when I got back the water was still cold. I then went to ask the front desk and that's when they informed me that the water heater had stopped working so they needed to get another one and it would be a day until they got it fixed. I think it would have been nice of them to inform us of this rather than us going to ask. There was also a few roaches that I have seen on the floor and a few I had to kill.
