I can only say that I couldn't imagine a worse place than this, I spent one night in this facility and when I got here I just wanted to run away, it was really dirty, my room was full of dirt, I still don't know how I survived that night without getting any illness.

A real INCUBO!

This was the dirtiest nasty motel I have ever stayed at. There was trash in the room , cigarette burns on the furniture. Hair in the shower the base boards were filthy . I would sleep in my car before ever staying at this place. There was writing on the wall stating the place has bed bugs. We were not given a refund.

Disgusting!

I was told by the manager that the reviews should have told me that this was an unsafe place to stay but since I have not seen a review stating that, then I will add one. Rooms are gross, deadbolts are removed due to police request, TVs are mostly broken or in bad shaped, was shown three rooms before we even got a fridge in one, sketchy people roam the halls so it's best to just go to North Fresno in one of their many affordable hotels in much safer locations.

Terrible...don't stay here

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life. They charged 20 euros more, just because it was the memorial weekend and they  seemed to be the only ones with free rooms (no wonder). The hotel is  very very dirty, noisy,  stinky, beds with dirty clothes. The rooms​ smelled so bad I had to wash my clothes to remove the tobacco scent. This place should not be allowed to receive guests.

The worst hotel I' ve ever been. Dirty, stinky, bad neighborhood, weird people, beatles in the beds, without toilet paper in the bathroom.. I wish I had stayed the night  I in my car. We paid 65 dollars by the worst night of our lifes. The photos show how is it parkside I. Horrible, terrible, dirty, stinky...

Terrible

Long day in the hot sun and I stumbled upon this place.  Did not feel like driving even the mile to a Motel 6, so I pulled in here.  Huge lobby, filthy, with a wet rag on the floor at the desk, about which the clerk said, "Yeah, I know it's there."  Good for her!  Cash gets a $2 discount, as there is a fee for using plastic.  Good to know.  Got my key-card and checked out the room.  Light switch is broken, so I needed to finesse what was left of the plastic switch plate.  Large room, well worn.  Bathroom is huge as well, but I could do without the pre-dried hair in the sink.  Neither my length or color.

Unloaded some items, noting there is no microwave, nor a fridge.  Took a quick jaunt to a store to buy non-perishables.  Fast food is in the parking lot, but I felt safer buying elsewhere and eating in.  Also cheaper.

Back to lighting:  The bathroom is large enough to need light at the back, where the shower is.  A long fluorescent type was left STANDING in a corner, and the other one, properly mounted, did not work.  So, a little dark.  A lots of peeling paint, as well.

WiFi is sketchier than a charcoal drawing, so count on waiting and waiting.  In fact, one major issue was the WiFi code given me by the clerk:  she wrote out the word using a capital letter, when, in fact, lower case was needed.  Trial and error cost me time.  Oh, well.  $50 flat for a night's sleep in a less than stellar part of town.
