This place is truly horrible. First of all it is very dirty and no one was even at the reception and we had to go around chasing for the owner.
Once we found him, he was so rude and started making impolite comments because he believed we handed our ID in a way he didn’t like.
Avoid the place, for your own good

First impressions of the location was that the motel car park was very dodgy. Some undesirable people loitering, coming and going. Even thought, 'hope our hire car doesn't get stolen here'.  My partner and I were only staying one night. So went out into Austin, left motel at 7pm, returned to motel at 3am. Interestingly, both our key fobs didn't work so we couldn't enter our room. Saw the desk clerk who issued us a new key fob. Went to sleep. Started packing our things for our flight in the morning and my PASSPORT was missing. Then noticed, the KEYS to our hire car were gone, Looked out the window into the car park, and our HIRE CAR HAD BEEN STOLEN.

Cops attended, agreed with us that this appeared like an inside job by the STAFF AT THE MOTEL - due to our key fobs not working, and of course the cctv looking onto our motel room door 'wasn't working', however all other cctv was.

I was extremely lucky that as I was calling the consulate about my passport, someone showed up and handed it in to the motel - this also appeared dodgy.

Needless to say I would never go back here again.

Convenient location for a decent rate. However, I didn’t like the fact that there were people that were loitering in the lobby and in the parking lot at all times of the day and the fact that the hallway smells like mold with many humidifiers.the breakfast is not continental.  Additionally, the room had multiple lamps that did not work. The baseboards are peeling off of the walls and there was a dead cockroach in the window sill.

Worst hotel I have ever been to

where to start...? my room smelled like a trash can, the floors were dirty and the reason there were 4 pillows on the bad has got to be because added together they might be equal to one pillow. Light in the elevator was out and it was about an hour before it was fixed. No juice at breakfast nor healthy options. But none of this is as bad as the day guy (manager?) at the front desk. Hes rude and from what some regulars say has been known to add extra charges to rooms as a fee for broken or damaged items when there are none.Because of what i heard my husband asked for the receipt at check out. He said no. I had used a discount site so i should ask them. The day before he had gotten my card from me to put in the system. Ive stayed here at least 10 other times and no one has ever asked for my card before, nor denied me a receipt. Then he banned first my husband and then me stating he would call the cops if we come back. Exceedingly rude and suspicious looking considering all this for asking to get a receipt, im sending the company an email later because that was downright embarrassing and uncalled for. Only good thing about this place is the 2 night guys, they were helpful and very kind.

After booking the room for 4 days, I had a look at the t-advisor review and I was bracing myself for a negative experience.  However when I got up to my room 205, the room was much nicer thank I expected.  Sheets, pillow covers and blanket were clean and pristine.  No bugs.  Internet was very fast and easy to connect to with no sign-up pages.  The folks at the front desk were nice back when I was nice to them, and described life in the city and Texas, so I was pleased to get a local insight of the area for my first time in Austin.  The price was extremely reasonable for the area.  It's not a classy neighborhood, but the convenience of the gas station store next door, it's closeness to  downtown, and e-bikes parked by the sidewalk daily made my semi-business stay a lot better than I expected.  
If you find any missed-cleaning spots like behind the night stands or behind the toilet the first day, ensure you tell the maids in the morning, and they will take care of it.  If you want an affordable place to stay and close to downtown and airport, and just  Ubering your way around, it's safe and cheap.

Better than expected after reading the reviews.  Good value for the money.

One of the least expensive chain motels in Austin, and probably that's justified. Rooms are comfortable, and clean, so if just needing a inexpensive place to spend the night, this is the place. Wi-Fi was good, and parking was close. Convenience store right next door. The few negatives are: (1) elevator small, slow, and make creaky noises! Water drained VERY slowly in our bathroom sink and tub. (3) Bathroom very small and cramped. (4) No ice machine on second floor (actually never looked elsewhere for it!).
So, we just wanted one night of good sleep, and we got it.

Good place for the money.

Save your money people-this hotel is very run down and unclean. I saw a roach and my friend saw a roach. Its a chill place but they need to clean! I found an old washcloth on the shower curtain from a previous guest. Ive stayed at cheap hotels and this is by far the worst I've ever stayed in. Save your money and go to budget inn- at least its clean and cheaper! 

Dirty! 

We have stayed at several different places in this area over the last few months. None of them were all that great but this was one would come out last in a contest. It took a very long time to check in for some reason. The hotel is very dated and could use a good top to bottom cleaning. You don't have to worry about catching any life threatning dieseses but if you worry about a little dirt just look for other accomadations. The bath/shower and toilet are in a small room and the sink is to the right just as you open the door. The beds are comforable but all the furnishings need to be replaced. A small fridge that took some time to get cold, a small mircowave and TV are included in the very reasonable price. The outside was dirty with cigarette butts all over but the area was safe for the two days we were there. Don't expect much for breakfast. The internet was fine. In summery, Austin hotels, for the most part are a little expensive but if you need a safe place at a low cost that is good if you just need a place to sleep, this place will meet that need.
