Thank you Susie for a wonderful overnight's stay.  
I had a lovely time at Cary Fitzpaine House.  It's a beautiful, tranquil property in lovely grounds with free parking and very conveniently located just a couple of miles off the A303.
Susie is very friendly and a great host and allowed me to check in earlier and upgraded my room as there was availability at that time.  The room was absolutely beautiful.
Spoilt for choice at breakfast time too.
I popped into Street, the nearby town where Clark's Outlet Village also is where there is a variety of many shops and pubs.  There are also some pubs near to the house itself.  I will definitely return as didn't realise I was so close to Glastonbury, just some 10 miles away and would love to explore there and surrounding areas more and hope to do so on my return journey.

Beautiful, tranquil property...

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful house.  The room and  views were amazing! And wanted to say thank you to hosts Suzy and Andrew for their  friendly welcome, excellent breakfast and really enjoyable stay.  The room was so clean and beautifully decorated with everything you wanted, like staying in a posh boutique hotel but with a homely atmosphere.  Thank you 💕😃

A real Gem! 

Superb three night break in this gorgeous home. Excellent accommodation, comfy bed, plenty of pillows & an electric blanket if needed.
Susie was the perfect hostess, attentive & friendly, plenty of choice for breakfast, this lady cooks a mean omelette!


Comfortable recharge!!

My wife and me stayed four nights in Cary Fitzpaine house. We enjoy our mini breaks and this one was exceeding our expectations. We felt super welcome, our room was big and cosy and clean, and the beds mighty comfortable. Breakfast could not have been better. Thank you so very very much for making our 4 night break so special.

Gorgeous gem in beautiful nature

Susie and husband run an amazing place! They're so welcoming and accommodating for everyone's needs. Breakfast is brilliant. The cereals and eggs / toast were just the job, but there's loads more to choose from. The room was really comfortable and nice and quiet. I totally recommend this place, no question about it. 

What a fantastic stay! 

Cary Fitzpaine House is set in lovely countryside in a quiet location. Our room was very spacious and clean with good hospitality tray. Hosts were welcoming ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, omlettes especially good. Would recommend.

3 night break

Stayed for 3 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend. Our hosts were welcoming and Suzie's breakfasts were outstanding. Our room was very comfortable and had lovely views over the surrounding area. It was the perfect location for exploring this part of Somerset and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay!

Warm & welcoming

Stayed here twice. What a lovely experience in a beautiful Georgian farm house tucked away in the Somerset countryside. The hosts make one really feel welcome and they go the extra mile to accommodate any requirements you may have. It is rare to find such a gem and highly recommend a visit.

Perfect in everyway

Wow! What a stunning place, so beautiful and quiet. Amazing hospitality from Suzie and Andy in a clean, well maintained welcoming B&B. Fantastic breakfast menu well cooked and delicious. We shall definitely stay again.... I've never slept in a four poster bed before 😀 thank you for making our stay so special Suzie and Andy xxx
