Had great sleep, bed comfortable and breakfast was great. Location for Mount Snowdon and Zipwire perfect. 
Things that need to be addressed....
Put another toilet roll in the bathroom. We ran out on the last day!
Don't turn off all the sockets every day! Got back and thought my mobile was charging but didn't realise the extension lead and all other sockets had been turned off!
If there are 2 guests staying in a twin room give them a hand towel each!
Finally,  if your guests ask for more milk give then enough, rather than making them go out and buy their own which they can't keep cold as there's no fridge in the room! And give them more tea. 
We had the twin room which was very cosy, but ok for a few days. 
It's the little things that make the experience enjoyable.

Nice place that could be so much more.

DISGUTED. After waiting for 20 minutes before I seen someone. The husband, he greeted me rude and said hang on a second. Sat waiting for another 10 minutes for his wife to come out. I don't even know where to start. I said 'I've got a booking' and she said 'with a dog' she said 'did you tell us about the dog'

I said I booked online and it states that it's pet friendly. She started complaining and moaning about Hotels.com and how they have nothing to do with her. 

There was a family sat in there having some food whilst she's making me and my dog feel like we have some kind of disease. Bear in mind, my dog is the most well mannered, well behaved, cleanest dog you will ever meet. Saying 'have you brought his bed' 'have you brought his bowls' 'have you brought a mat for his bowls' 'I don't want him on any furniture' in such a horrible way.
I felt so embarrassed by this point

She finally started walking me to the room, saying I should have rang them. She said 'that's what everyone else does'
She has nothing to do with Hotels.com and I shouldn’t have booked on there.
In that case then don’t have an online booking system with them. You can’t have an online booking system and then treat your guests in such a vile way for YOUR error. 

She then said to me 'we do charge an extra £10 per night in cash for the dog' 
I said I only have card and it stated £6 online. She said if you have card and you're going into Llanberis then you can get cash out can't you. I said I've only got my phone, that's what I use.
She started to lose her mind and said 'I have no other means of taking payment'
And being passive aggressive towards me. 

As we finally got into the room, I was holding back tears as she was finishing her passive aggressive behaviour towards me.

I stayed for 2 nights. As I was leaving, I went to get into my taxi, before I could shut the door. This crazy lady came running towards me saying ‘what about the dog’ ‘what about the money’…
I said that I did offer to pay via card and you wouldn’t accept. She then said in a grunting voice ‘oh FINE I will have to take it on the card machine inside’
Me thinking oh that’s funny, pretty sure she stated that she had no other means of payment, knowing full well that she does.
But anyway, I said that’s absolutely fine as that’s what I was expecting to be doing all along. But I stated that I will be paying the £6 per night as that is what you have advertised.
She said ‘no no it’s £10 per night and it has been for about 4 years’
Honestly if this was any other place that I have been to where I’ve been treated like an actual human being then I would just pay them regardless of the false advertising but this woman didn’t deserve another penny from me. Anyway…
I said ‘that’s fine but you have to advertise that but I will be paying what you advertise which is £6 per night’
Before I could ever finish my sentence, this woman raises her voice, loses her mind and says ‘OH FORGET IT’ and slams my taxi door in my face. The taxi driver could not believe it.

I booked this trip last minute because I have been struggling very much with my health & my mental state. I’ve had some terrible heartbreaking news in my family and I needed an escape. I have stayed in multiple B&Bs with myself & Stan (my dog) and NEVER had a problem. Nevermind the VILE treatment that we received from this so called human being. This woman should NOT be in the hospitality business whatsoever.

I’m a 31 year old quiet, respectful, shy woman who suffers with chronic anxiety. Confrontation is something that I avoid like the plague. I am appalled by the treatment that I received from this so called host.

She should be shut down. This isn’t the first bad review she has had either. I only found this out as I arrived. Please do your research before booking this. I only saw the good ones. As a lot of the reviews may just be people popping into the tea room for a drink or some food on the way past.
Also HORRIBLE location.

Please please do yourself a favour and don’t come here. I received a £60 voucher from Hotels.com as compensation.

Aggressive B&B owners!

Having passed this venue many times we decided to visit on a sunny Sunday afternoon and had a lovely scone and sandwich accompanied by tea and coffee. Good beautifully presented and the Brie, Bacon and cranberry sandwich was top notch. Service was quick and we sat at the tables in the garden, only downside was the noise from the road and the busy roundabout

Great service and lovely food

Having booked just 10 days before arrival to attend uncles funeral.This would have been my 3rd visit.Booked two nights £280 paid £200 deposit.Day before arrival I was. rushed to hospital after suffering a heart attack.Phoned Jane explained my circumstances why I had to cancel as I was in hospital where I stayed for 12 days.Asked her if I could transfer my deposit to a later date . Jane said no and that I still owed her £80 for the late cancellation.As I only booked and paid my deposit one week before going thought this very unfair. No empathy whatsoever. As this would have been my third visit I was very disappointed with Janes attitude towards me after explaining I had had a heart attack did not plan that honestly.

Very friendly and attentive owners. Great breakfast too.

Very friendly welcome. Was contacted on the day to confirm arrival time. Very warm and comfortable room and the breakfast was excellent.

Lovely stay and hosts

Both Mark and Ruth were very warm, welcoming and helpful and made our first visit to this especially beautiful part of Wales a memorable holiday. We hope to return some day….
