We had a lovely premier plus room with a few little extras in our room. The fridge was very welcome. We had a great Seaview.
Both receptionists (Sam and Anna) were very helpful and polite. They were able to answer any queries we had. The hotel is in a great position for the beach and theatre

Very comfortable stay

A really a clean and pleasant hotel, nice shower and bath room, good pressure using the shower. a  good quality self service breakfast, secure parking, good location by the seafront and harbour.
We just love the location of this hotel, we never have any issues here. 
Just the place we can call too at short notice.

Premmier inn Torquay Sea Front

An evening at the theatre preceded by a stay in the Premier Inn. The hotel being located on the seafront is a 10 minute walk from the theatre and town centre. 
The room, we had a “Plus” room, was very comfortable and overlooked the seafront. Good amenities, just ideal.

Ideal location

Went here for a weekend away and we stayed in room 611 on the premier plus rooms round by the bathroom door the carpet has bleach staines on it but is clean so not put out please clean my room door tag as this will get turned around by other people in the hotel 

    We went down to the reception to inform them of this and the lad at the counter couldn’t give a hoot all he said was house keeping went back a couple of times I had to ask for clean towels which he wasn’t impressed with 

 Also my wife had a very important meeting on line and asked about the premium internet which we had and asked if it will be any good he just shrugged his shoulders and said it might be so we decided to leave early to make sure we got some decent WiFi I can’t remember the lads name he had dark hair and looked in his 20s so if your after a good customer experience and want friendly staff I suggest you go to the Hilton Hampton 

  We will not be staying at this premier inn again in the past they have had top notch staff this time it’s not the same 

 The hotel is old and looking a bit tired now it does require a bit of investment to get this place up to scratch 

  A good place to eat is a pub called the hole in the wall they have good home cooked food and live music

Hotel wasn’t great

This hotel is very convenient for the beach and just a short walk from the town centre. We managed to park easily in the hotel, but there was also a public car park next door. It was quite a long walk to our room, so if you have mobility needs you should let them know. The staff were friendly. It was a but chilly in the bar area, so we had to put our coats back on. We would go back. We couldn’t get hold of reception on the phone, but they responded quickly to an email. 

Easy to park and close to the beach

A great hotel for a relaxing stay in March for two nights have stayed here many times and enjoy the walks along the sea front around the harbour and just for siting on the many available benches along the harbour sea front

Torquay Premier Inn

Beware, they are operating a parking scam. They did you a voucher at reception to use as you leave but there is no machine at the exit. You then get sent a £85 parking fine! 

The white scrambled eggs are still there and tasteless.

Tired rooms and slow service in bar, breakfast was OK but coffee machinw was empty for about 20 minutes before it was filled up. Staff started hooviering retaurant around 10.30 when breakfast was being served until 11 which made it seem like you were in their way.

Good location

Lovely spacious room. Heating easily adjustable. My son's room was directly opposite mine. We had the meal deal. Great choice on the menu. I had a delicious chargrilled salmon with veg and fries, followed by banoffee sundae. My son had ribs with fries, followed by chocolate brownie. Both meals were tasty, got and fresh. In addition, the staff have my son a 'mocktail' for his birthday (he's teetotal). This was very much appreciated. Lovely short break. Thanks to all the staff.

Birthday event

Really clean room. Very comfy bed. Hotel over looks the beach. Only downside was the slow service in the restaurant. And big queues at the bar. As only one person serving. Ordered a bar meal, but when it arrived the coleslaw was missing. On enquiring where it was. We were told they had run out. Should have told us this when ordering
