Orchard Park

Was slightly nervous on reading a few reviews before departure, but we had booked anyway to replace our Turkey holiday. Just the 2 of us in a Comfort Plus with hottub. Getting in was a doddle with the phone access, but I would advise putting on 2 phones just in case. We are on 3 and O2 networks and worked well with both. Handy not to have to take keys out! On arrival caravan (which I guess was no more than 2 years old and owned by the part as opposed to privately was immaculate, as was the decking and hottub outside. This was except for a burn mark where some bright spark had decided to light a disposable BBQ in the past. As for any signs of dirt, we didn't really feel the need to use any of the extra cloths and spray we brought just in case. Literally only issue was a few crumbs when I moved the toaster. Everything else in the well equipped kitchen perfectly clean. Park is very quiet and no noise at night and we were overlooking the pub. We didn't eat there but had a few drinks occasionally and service was always good. Final facility used was the gym - which was excellently equipped for both cardio and weights. Really impressed for a gym on a holiday site. And final useful piece of info. The Stagecoach Gold stops right outside hourly and it's a 10 minute trip into Paignton. Get a £5 Torbay dayrider and you can get everywhere you need to for a great week!
