We stayed at  Cally Croft.  It was a private residence in a high density residential area, turned into a 3 room guest rental w/ en-suite bathrooms. Our room was a bit small. The owner lives downstairs. 
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to town & harbor of Padstow. 
The owner was friendly. The place is clean. 
There is parking for your car.

It was clean & close to town

Stayed for two nights only on route to Bath from Devon, what a find. A truly lovely b & b, and Dee, the owner, is such a charming, welcoming and helpful host. Every comfort is here, beautiful big room, very comfy bed, fantastic bathroom with all possible amenities and toiletries provided. A little fridge is even provided to keep your own drinks, but Dee provides chilled water and fresh milk, very thoughtful ( no horrible sachets here! ). After a very peaceful nights sleep breakfast is served, Dee doesn’t provide cooked breakfast, you don’t or won’t  miss it, a feast of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, cooked meats, bread and rolls awaits you, fantastic spread, who needs bacon and eggs!? All top quality and local as well. 
Situated on the edge of a small estate, you have a 5 - 10 minute stroll downhill to the delights of Padstow, coming back takes a little longer particularly if you’ve eaten in one of the many fine restaurants on offer and tried the local Padstow Brewery beers( really good ).
A really pleasant and relaxing stay. Two nights wasn’t enough. But we hope to return for longer next time. Thanks Dee you made us feel “ at home “. Hope the little sea gull chick has survived!

A gem of a place in picturesque Padstow

My wife and I have just returned from spending a weekend in Padstow and stayed at Cally croft.we were met with a warm friendly welcome from dee.our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with everything just right, and we felt at home and relaxed straight away.The breakfast was lovely all fresh local food and nothing to much trouble for Dee. The location is great 10 minute stroll down hill to the harbour and a 15_20 stroll uphill back,but on one night we got a taxi there and back because it was raining and only cost £5.00 each way.book with confidence. Weekend in Padstow

We stayed for 3 nights and were greeted by the lovely Dee.  The room is spotlessly clean and very roomy with tea/coffee making facilities with lovely biscuits and some fudge which was lovely.  It has an en-suit and bath robes were provided along with toiletries.  We never made the breakfast as we are not morning people, so I can't comment on the breakfast but Dee did leave it out for us if we ever made it down :)  It's a short walk into Padstow harbour but a steep walk back which was great to walk off our evening meal.  We stayed here in January and it was lovely and quiet.  Not sure what it would be like in the high summer!  We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here if we come back to Padstow.

Excellent B & B

Stayed at Cally Croft in the Driftwood room for two nights with my partner and we both were so pleased with our stay.
Our host Dee was a perfect friendly host, the room was amazing and the breakfast was great. 
The room was spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated in light colours. And spotlessly clean. 
The breakfast was tasty and well cooked and a good start to the day.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Great stay!

Cally Croft is quite easy to find on the main Rd into Padstow. The house is on a small estate, and you think maybe you’re rather lost. The house is right at the end of the housing development. Dee gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our room. There are only two rooms at the b&b. The room and attached en-suite were very comfortable and clean, with lots of lovely touches. Biscuits and fudge yummy, tea making provided with fresh milk in a mini fridge. Toiletries and robes also provided. Good tv in room and very comfortable bed, with soft pillows. Breakfast choices are requested the previous evening. Dining room, very quant, with French doors out onto small garden. Cerials and fruit available as first course and either cooked to follow or croissant and jams, also toast. Generous Tea and coffee pots. Good breakfast, which sets you up for the day. Only downside for me was the busy main rd into Padstow, which during the hot summer required the windows open, was so noisy. Did resort to ear plugs, which solved the problem.
