What was good
The location is perfect. The room was nothing special, not bad though. The staff was mostly helpful.
What was bad
There was no room service due to covid. Which is understandable, but no one bothered to tell us about it before we booked, and I'm pretty sure we paid the full price. If there is no room service, the very least they could do is either make sure we understand it before we pay, or charge less than than would do normally. When we got there they told us there was going to be room service every 4 days, but no one came to clean our room even once during our entire 10 day stay. We had to take out the garbage ourselves and ask for new toilet paper/coffee etc because no one replenished it. And the irony is that when we did ask for something, for example ice, they would come to our room to give it to us (sometimes). So they could have just as well sent a staff member to replenish our toilet paper/coffee every now and then, covid doesn't forbid that.
