What was good

Good car parking and most of the staff were polite.

What was bad

Long black hairs on towel first night, only 2 towels for 3 people. Another day we had 1 towel & was told by staff we were expected to share. Room wasn’t very clean, carpets dusty & dirty, net curtain black. Coffee/sugar/tea not filled daily. Breakfast wasn’t good & no veggie option, mixed fruit first day was a frozen solid lump & wasn’t put out again for the rest of our 9 nights.
