Turned up and was told I was only allowed to stay for the one nIght out of three booked. Still one month later chasing for a refund - avoid OYO disgusting service This guesthouse also was disgusting.

On arrival hotel was closed. No explanation. No email or correspondence to let me know. 3 hour trip with a 4 and 5 year old to be left stranded without accommodation.

We were looking for a fairly cheap hotel for 1 night as we were going to the football. On arrival we saw the gentleman on the reception who was very helpful. No issue with any off the staff. The hotel unfortunately is in need of a makeover and was a little run down in areas. No least the bathroom and room in general. Didn't spoil our visit but needs a lot of updating.

Awful hotel - do no stay here . I can go into a million things - dirty , unfriendly etc ….They charged me £15 cash for parking and then had the cheek to ask me for another £10 on top because the hotel next door decided they wanted to get in on the action as well .Bunch of crooks - really don’t know how this hotel has stayed in business .

Slightly disappointed to pay £15 (cash only) additional parking once I arrived but couldn’t fault the room or service (although a TV in the room would have been nice 🤔)

The room was large and clean.It would be better to have two pillows on the beds rather than one. A hair dryer and hangers in the wardrobes.The water could have been hotter in the shower. The staff were very pleasant.

Staff very helpful but hotel is so much in need of repairs and paint. Curtains were falling off the tracks. No spoons to stir coffee. Bathroom very outdated, but for what we paid and for one night only it was ok.

Given some TLC this could be beautiful hotel

The hotel is more like a hostel, and is manned by a couple of staff.  Bed linen, duvet covers appear and felt unclean.  Toilet floor tiles are sticky and the floor mat (towel) gets really dirty once put on the floor.  I would not recommend this place, unless you are travelling alone and don't mind the above.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our trip here was a disaster from start to finish. The staff were rude and homophobic towards my friend. The rooms were very dirty, rundown and actually very unsafe. All of the safety locks on the widows were broken off. The electrical appliances were all out of date. The fan was broken with the blades unguarded. The carpets were all coming away from the edge of the room. The mattress was absolutely awful and was hanging off the side of the bed frame.
