What was good

Quick pleasant check in, breakfast was good!

What was bad

All but 1 lift is currently out of action! This leads to waiting times getting down from high floors very long we waited 10 minutes on our floor waiting for a lift that wasn't already full to to get out if the building! And the stairs only go to the first floor!
