It’s a typical Travelodge. It feels quite old - our room was small and still had a bath rather than a shower. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The immediate area feels run down, but quite safe. It’s an easy walk to train stations and the subway is very close. Overall we were happy with our stay considering the price we paid.

Fine for the price.

The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms are small but very clean, as are the bathrooms. comfortable bed, coffee and tea in the room for guests' use. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, which gives you the opportunity to eat breakfast on site.

Glasgow night out

The hotel is located near the city center. Everything as expected.The staff were frindly and helpful. A very selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. I will stay here again if i visit Glasgow for any future visits to this great Scotish city.

Easter City Break

A very comfortable clean and warm room. We were on the top floor which was very quite. Staff were brilliant, food was good value for money (dinner). Very central for touring Glasgow, about 10 mins from the coach station.

Friendly staff and clean rooms quite basic but for the price you don’t expect anything more the breakfast was good there was a good selection. Only thing you could say negative was some of the other guests could be a bit noisy at night

Had a great time

I found this hotel to have everything needed for a short visit to Glasgow. Short walks to public transport and central location. Clean, comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Have already recommended to friends.

Glasgow Visiting

Small room barely big enough for two people. Tired decoration. No plug sockets adjacent to bed. Noise from neighbours inside and outside made sleep difficult. However the bed was really comfortable. £127 quite a lot to pay for this.   

Hotel bedrooms in need of upgrading

Awful dated hotel, room had a horrible smell and everything was chipped and overused. The bathroom door didn’t have  a lock or didn’t shut properly. Staff didn’t care and were smirking when I complained!!

Awful hotel!!

First time stayed in this kind of hotel and I would stay I made perfect choice , very friendly staff accommodate all the request which we made , 
A girl who was looking after us ( sorry forgot her name ) on 14 th eve was alone in the shift and has done incredible work with so many guest at the cafe .

Perfect stay at Glasgow

It's not called budget for nothing. We had 2 rooms a double and a family. The double was okay  plenty of room  the bed was clean and comfy and the pillows soft. Although there were a few cobwebs hanging about
There was only 1 double socket, the curtains were different sizes on the same window. It was quiet through the night but incredibly dark with no lights on. The shower had a few cracks around it.
The family room with a double bed and single for a child was not at all child friendly  there was absolutely no room to move about at all, even a 2 year old could not safely move about . The food I would never eat again  steak pie with gravy, mash and peas, didn't get the peas, the pie was burnt on top and as hard as a brick, the knife wouldn't cut it. Mash was okay,only thing that was, for 12.25 I expected something I could eat. Breakfast was just as bad, potato scones hard, sausages hard. Place is not worth the money at all.
