Fantastic place, host was very welcoming. Myself and sister stayed for 3 nights. We planned to visit Symonds Yat, Hereford, Gloucester and Monmouth. The location was perfect 😊 the room was beautiful and very clean, the continental breakfast was plentiful.

Stayed just the one night. Had a family room with travel cot and a separate double. All was as expected, rooms warm clean and everything we needed. Breakfast included was continental and plentiful. Hosts helpful and a good stay overall. Happy to recommend.

I booked last minute and found this little oasis of peace and comfort. Room was just right, all you could want was there,clean and warm and excellent facilities. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order,plentiful and very good quality. I wanted to stay longer but work was calling. I was so happy with my stay I intend to return and spend longer at my leisure. 

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and daughter in June and we were very happy.  Our room was certainly comfortable, clean and spacious and looked out over the lake and the fields with cows.... a lovely way to wake up.  Breakfast was taken outside next to the delightful fishing lake in a well kept garden.  The owners were very friendly and helpful.  I could have stayed longer and would certainly visit again.

I stay in B & B type accommodation at least once a  month, I cover the full UK for the last 10 years and this was the BEST budget hotel I have ever stayed in, very clean, comfy beds, lots of hot water, Very quiet. helpful family run business, Breakfast was lovely and fresh, I loved the Eternal bow crockery, it shows that they care about the presentation. I would recommend this for an business type trip.

After travelling half way around the world from Australia, the highlight of our UK trip was our stay at Malswick Mill, Nr Newent.  The grounds and lake are gorgeous, our room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable & the breakfasts were amazing, we certainly did not require lunch!  Jo & Mo were the perfect hosts and had a wonderful knowledge of the local area.  I would happily recommend staying here to anyone, it is a beautiful setting, quite faultless and we will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to England. We were going to the Newent Onion Festival which is held annually, this year it was on September the 8th. Our stay at Malswick Mill was booked at the last minute (we had the last room available), what a gem of a place Malswick Mill is, it's about 3 miles outside of Newent and getting a Taxi was to say the least difficult that said our host offered to run us in to Newent for the festival, how many would do that?? We had a great day but encountered the same problem getting back to the Mill, fortunately we did get a Taxi eventually. Malswick Mill is a great B&B and we highly recommend it, the breakfast was to die for and the owners are lovely people, just one word of warning though if you need a taxi it's difficult and they are expensive.

Stayed here for a night before heading to Bath. 

Lovely place. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed for the nights stay. 

Staff were lovely and polite and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Please note there is an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast. Although the inclusive breakfast is great also. 

Certainly be nice to stay here again.

Quiet and dark, little hard to find from the postcode. You arrive and pick up your key from a table. Find your own way about. Not as easy in the dark as I would have liked, but you should be OK. Room is good for £40. I had a sky light which let in a bit of light in the morning, but room is pleasant enough. Wifi is good. Breakfast is excellent cereal, yogurts, full English, toast & jams. Everything was very nice.

Clean and warm room.  I stayed there on two occasions and both visits were good.  The breakfast was included in the price and very good.  I would recommend this bed and breakfast.  It is near Newent a small town 20 minutes away from Gloucester.
