Paul and Heidi are excellent hosts and made us old Kiwis feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfasts top class and plenty of it. Easy walk to town although the area is pretty hilly. We’d definitely stay again if in the area.

Made a late booking here and this place exceeded our expectations.   Very helpful owner made us our breakfast an hour earlier than normal.   Very clean and well equipped.  Very please so would book here again.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable with a cracking breakfast !

We had 3 nights here in a lovely room on the ground floor. Two easy chairs to sit and relax in. Great location and easy walk to the town although was downhill/uphill. Breakfast was well set out and well cooked. I had to downsize the breakfast after the first morning as it was so big. Paul and Heidi were lovely friendly people. We were able to park either on the street or in the grounds. The first day we didn't use the car but the second day went on a "road trip" to Penzance, Marizion and Moushole all doable in a day.

Great 3 nights

Paul and Heidi are friendly and welcoming hosts. The B&B is in a convenient location for town and beach, our room was big and airy and breakfast was a treat - huge, generous, made to order using local Cornish ingredients (and offering vegetarian options, for which I was grateful). I only wish I could have managed to eat it all! We hope to return.

Pleasant B&B in convenient location.

We had very pleasant stay, you won't find more smiley, genuine nice people as Paul and Heidi. They were very helpful explaining which path to take to get to the town centre which is 10min walk downhill from the b&b. Breakfast was delicious, and a plenty, they even asked if we want more! which wasn't needed as we were stuffed with big portions they provide. Rooms are clean and tidy, it was quiet and we had perfect nights of sleep. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

The observatory is a fantastic place to stay, the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast tasted amazing. Heidi and Paul are the friendliest couple and I just want to thank them for making what could have been a very stressful trip (family emergency) into a pleasant and stress free experience in

Paul & Heidi couldnt do enough, they knew who we were when we arrived, nice airy comfortable room, ideal 10 min walk into Falmouth, breakfast was lovely, very clean and the decor was fitting considering it was an Observatory, ie star lamp shades etc, I would stay here again, lovely house, lovely people & good value for money

Lovely attentive hosts, lovely place, great breakfasts and good location. Paul and Heidi cannot do enough for you We had stayed before and it will be the first place that we enquire when we return to Falmouth.
