Nice room. Very clean. Only complaint is the small bathroom sink. Otherwise, a great place in a nice location.

Great place

Park  View was in a  good location, opposite a lovely park and within easy walking distance from Falmouth centre.  My room was a good size, attractively decorated with a comfy bed, windows that could be opened (very important!) and a fan was also provided.  The bathroom was clean - great shower - and my only criticism would be that the basin was tiny which, together with a fierce tap, meant some mopping up was necessary.  On the whole I enjoyed my visit to Park View but visitors need to be aware that they will be renting a room in a house.  There is no breakfast provided; a communal kitchen/dining area is available but all food must be provided by the guest.  In one description I read that breakfast items will be available such as fresh fruit, juice etc - no sign of anything!  The access arrangements worked well but I did not see a member of staff during the two days I was staying there.

The apartment was far bigger than we expected - it was tidy clean and set up well for us. We are very grateful to have found this property

Great location. Room was lovely but very warm, it’s advertised as having air conditioning but I could not find any.Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine for all to use

Everything was fab. Only tiny grumble-the absurdly small washbasin in the bathroom !!!

My stay was fine. The bed was clean and comfy. I was however not 100% happy with the security. I know each room had an individual code but I would have been happier if I could have also locked the door from the inside

We had booked the Bosuns Base Apartment. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. There is enough storage space or shelves. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The house also has a very large and perfectly equipped shared kitchen with a washing machine. We really liked it here. We can highly recommend it.

Only drawback was the very small washbasin

This is our second stay at Park View and it was great. Close to where our daughter lives and close to town, easy parking. We shall be staying again hopefully soon. Thank you
