Hotel very good and food very good room very spacious. 
Staff very friendly. 
We went with greenline coach company.
Dave and tammy were  excellent  with customer service .
Would highly recommend the company very good price for a five day away experience we had a Christmas eve Christmas night and new years eve the beginning of December so when we arrived back home it put us in the mood for the Christmas festive season. 


Greenline are the best.

Two seniors had booked a sea view room and were delighted with it.   A comfortable seating area and the whole room was warm and inviting.  Our welcome at Reception by Yasmin was lovely, and we were given a very full description of how the hotel functions from meal times to the evening entertainment.   Decor is well kept and for a very old hotel, everything worked just fine.
Readers will perhaps notice that I tend to write quite a lot of reviews, and the 5 stars given to this hotel is for specific reasons, and not really because of fine dining, or that this is a 5 star hotel.
Coach firms utilise this hotel a lot, (part of the same group) and they really do seem to have got everything right.  Catering for the more senior customers, this is really almost a holiday hotel.  Everything is pre-planned for its guests, but that does not mean the the hotel does not welcome individual guests, they most certainly do.
The menus are simple, and the wine list really non existent, but the food when it quickly arrived was of excellent quality, hot and certainly sufficient.   Pricing is very fair.
The staff are the crowning glory, and all really try so hard to make your stay memorable.
What a lovely hotel.....parking is an issue but the hotel can do nothing about that, as when it was built, cars probably did not exist !
We had reservations about this hotel before we arrived, but we were wrong, and the owners have achieved an excellent business.

Lovely hotel, wonderful position.

We booked a double room and was extremely happy with the room and space. Bathroom and tea/coffee facilities in the room were lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very affordable and will definitely stay here again. 

Wonderful room and experience 

Just coming to the end of a short stay and cannot recommend this hotel too much. We had a fabulous refurbished room on the second floor overlooking the pier and the sea. Loved hearing the sound of the waves at night. Cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Would like to single out the young waiting staff enough for their professionalism. Thanks to everyone for a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely stay

Just returned from the Alfa 5 day turkey & tinsel tour, what can I say everything about the Hotel De Paris from Yasmine in Reception to the Restaurant where the service was fast and excellent to the bar staff who were great too, only slight issues horrible smell coming from the bathroom so just left the windows open, the room was lovely & clean. Well done to Jonathon you have a brilliant team, look forward to visiting again in the future. Thanks Scott from Room 2. Ps hope the teams got the chocolates left in the room on departure this morning.

Hotel de Paris room 2 visit

Very polite friendly staff old fashioned but very clean I had room20 overlooking sea lovely great food hot and plentiful decorated for Christmas  home from home always feel comfortable here Cromer lovely resort great pier and theatre

Home from home

Travelled with Alpha coaches, Which was actually not the best journey. The hotel has an enviable location over looking the pier and lovely panoramic sea views. Its very obvious of its once regency splendor, fabulous foyer with chandeliers . We asked for a low  room and quiet and we got exactly that. Clean  very comfy beds entirely adequate.Staff incredibly attentive, food arrived piping hot, very good selection. No issues what so ever we had table 42 over looking the sea lovely. Bar prices reasonable, Arrival day we had quiz and Bingo at 8.30, other days nightly entertainment and bingo.Cromer was lovely to potter around as were days out. If you enjoy nostalgia visit Sherringham railway and take a trip on the poppy line . Having never visited cromer before will definately be back. Thank you Alfa and especially All staff at the Hotel for making our Holiday one to remember.Worth every penny .

WONDERFUL

Staff superb. Room Excllent. Food   Very good and well presented No one
could possibly Fault this hotel in any way at the price. I will certainly recommend
it to anyone seeking a more (GENTEEL) holiday.

Hotel was as one expected it to be. wonderful position and wellkept grandeur

I stayed for two days at this traditional old hotel which does have modern touches like a lift to all floors and en suite rooms. My room on the top floor had a amazing view out of the window with a sea view looking south. The room was roomy although the slanted roof did make the shower in the bathroom a bit limited once you managed to adapt to it But remember this was not built for en suites. The staff were nice and friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel was kept to a high standard of cleaning as were the rooms.

Short break

Our weekend two night stay at the Hotel de Paris was well worth the 4 hour drive to get to Cromer. The hotel staff were the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner with entertainment in the evening if you stayed in the lounge. Our room, if a little small, was ok for two nights, spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom ensuite. Like most Victorian hotels around the UK coast the fabric could do with a little renovation but that didn't interfere with what was an excellent three day break.
Parking is limited but fortunately we got a spot on arrival and kept it for the weekend.
Highly recommended.
