We’ve been to Holly’s Diner a number of times & they have never failed to please. The staff have always been lovely & the food is fab - good sized portions & full of flavour. So much choice on the menu too. Love the decor & prices are very reasonable. 

Always fabulous 

On my way down for a wedding Holly gave me a call to see what time I was arriving as it was a Sunday and they close early. She said she leave me the keys in a safe box and send me the code 👍. Room was nice and cosy , very clean and perfect for my needs and location to wedding event . Only thing is traffic around 7am so bring earplugs, recommend the breakfast very hearty. Very friendly.

Nice bungalow rooms

Me and my mum regularly drive past Holly’s and normally it’s closed or empty. But we decided to give it a chance and 
visited for lunch, we was looking forward to having an American style burger.. We was very disappointed. The burger was tasteless and nothing special. It was over priced for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend this as an American diner. There are much better diners offering nicer and better quality food. Then as we went to the counter to pay the young girl was on her phone and didn’t realise we was waiting. It took a while for her to see us, not the best customer service. 

Disappointing 

Stayed for 2 Nights. A nice clean room. Very friendly welcoming staff. A nice breakfast. A 50's themed diner, very well presented. Would recommend to anybody and would stay again when I am staying Burnham way again.

Myself and my husband had been wanting to try out this diner for a while so we decided to go for breakfast with our young nephew. It is a relatively small typical American style diner. There was no one there to greet us when we walked in. We stood waiting for a couple of minutes and then just seated ourselves. There was only one high chair which we grabbed which was absolutely filthy. Lucky we had wet wipes! In fact we found the whole place grubby.  After we had been seated about 5 minutes a young teenage girl came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. Whilst i think it’s great that they are employing younger people, maybe the waiting staff should have some training on how to approach and talk to customers. She wasn’t rude but she didn’t have much about her, didn’t smile or try to have a conversation.  We ordered my nephew the kids breakfast of sausage and scrambled egg. The toast came burnt on one side and the eggs were swimming in water. The sausage was okay and seemed good quality. I ordered the breakfast bap. The bacon was pretty anaemic and the sausage wasn’t real sausage it was a cheap pink crispy patty thing that probably contained a minimal amount of meat and god knows what else. It came in a big seeded burger bun which was dry and not very nice. The ketchup was that luminous pink cheap ketchup. I dont know if maybe lunch/dinner is better but based on the service and the quality of the food we experienced at breakfast we won’t be returning to find out! 

Holly’s diner- really disappointed 

Think roadside Motel not a Lodge.  Rooms are all by a fairly busy road and the welcome is non existent (your give a a code for the key lock) but to be fair the room was clean and I had a comfy bed.  Parking and breakfast available. Slightly overpriced for what you get.

This is a Motel  not a Lodge

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower so powerful it blasted the grime from me!!. The staff were polite, pleasant and very helpful. Next door there was a diner which did an excellent breakfast in the morning, and therefore I highly recommend.
