An amazing breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyedwith lots of choice and the hot food was just that! second to none with friendly, efficient staff.  Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Very comfortable hotel you park the car in multi story which is only a few yards away and £1.50 for 24 hours do good value and secure 
The staff here were fantastic nothing was a problem to them to make your stay comfortable and good breakfast too

2 day stay

Air-conditioning wasn’t working the lift had spit on the buttons. The carpet in the Lift had a very bad smell, as if someone had poured something on it. When I checked out, I phoned guest relations and spoke to a lady called Kerry  who was very abrupt and seemed to have an answer for everything. Nothing was done in the end, not even an apology Avoid this hotel at all costs

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights it was very central to railway station. Major road works outside but did not impact on my stay.Breakfast was good room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent Stay

Staff friendly were all friendly and chatty.
Clean and spacious room. With an extremely comfy bed.
Rooms are very sound proofed, couldn’t hear a thing from anyone else.
Perfect location for interchange (within walking distance).
Would stay again!

Lovely

I arrived to Bradford at around 6pm one Saturday evening after travelling 4 hours to get there. Check in is at 3pm so couldn’t wait to relax in my room. Upon entry, I used the self check in machine and it told me that my room could not be accessed so please visit reception. I walked over to reception and waited there for 10 minutes in silence while the girl on reception didn’t even acknowledge me. You’re busy, I get it, at least say “I’ll be with you in a minute”
Asked to check in eventually and gave my reference number as to which I got told “Sorry, we are fully occupied for walk-ins.” I explained I have a room booked which I booked last November. I was then told “Oh, yes I can see the reservation actually but we just don’t have the room available.” I asked what she meant and she reiterated that they don’t have the room. I asked if it was double booked and she said No, we just don’t have a room. I asked what they were going to do then as I’ve had this room booked for months. The girl said “Oh yeah actually we do have a room for you but it’s not cleaned” so I asked why it is not cleaned 3 hours after check-in?and she said “The cleaners didn’t think it was important”!!!
The girl had me wait for the room to be cleaned for over an hour and a half after which someone came over to me and threw a key at me and said “It’s clean. Will that shut you up?” I was ready to walk out then and there but decided to be the bigger person. 
Upon going to the room, I opened the door to find an unmade bed, unflushed toilet and rubbish all over the side so I went down again to complain. I was told that the room was cleaned so it’s fine. Had a girl come up and she agreed a it was bed so she cleaned it herself. 

Went to the bar for a drink and a frightful woman with a terrible attitude served me, all the while swearing to herself about how much she hates her job and wishes she could tell Premier Inn to f—-off.
Frightful customer service. 
Breakfast Shocking too, sausages inedible, poached eggs were boiled, bacon and hash browns stone coLd steve austin.

Complained upon check out and was told they can’t refund and I will have to consult customer services, to which they also said they can’t help me and will not refund.

AVOID AVOID

Wow! In the worsts way possible

There’s a group of workers who stay here every mid-week who, due to the nature of their work, smell absolutely sickening when they stay. The smell lingers everywhere they go for half an hour after they’ve gone. Cannot eat or drink in the bar at night, and you have to wait until 7:45 before going down to breakfast. 
This is not a one off - it happens every week.
As a regular with work colleagues, we will book elsewhere now. This is not an exaggeration sadly. It ruins the stay.
However - 5 stars to the staff here. The manager is lovely and her team are too.

Disgusting smell - week in, week out

Room was clean warm, and nice view of Bradford from window, and service was quick and friendly. Our breakfast experience amazing thanks to Manager Marek, was great customer service. I would definitely stay again. 

Great Stay!

Not a very friendly check in by Sonige? (Sonya?) Encountered same member of staff later on that evening whilst we were waiting for a drink at the bar. Again not friendly, kept complaining she was on her own, completely on her own and we would have to wait, then told us to hurry up and she would quickly serve us, we would like to say that it was not an issue at all that we had to wait it was just the attitude of the lady who is one of the duty managers. Would also like to point out that the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely, especially Marek who even though he was very busy and at times on his own, he always has a smile and a lovely attitude. Sonige does not give a good impression to your business. Which is a shame as overall we had a lovely time.

Weekend break for a 50th birthday

If you like a long wait to check in and a poorly cleaned room then this Premier Inn is for you.  Hairs in the sink and bath, rubbish by the side of the bed and bedside table not wiped down properly.  Woke up with a blocked nose and sneezing.  When opening the curtains the light uncovered the huge dust cloud enveloping the room.  The windows are permanently locked for safety reasons so bring a mask. There was no-one manning reception at the time of leaving so had no time to complain at the hotel.
