Was at the  rebellion festival last month and stayed here again as always both David and Wahn were excellent hosts and very accommodating I stayed in a front room overlooking the road and I must say it was spotless and very comfortable with en suit bathroom had a great time and look forwards to visiting again when I next go o Blackpool 

Superb stay 

Makes me so angry when I read negative feedback. So I'm going to feedback to David and Wahn some positive words.
We have returned to David and Wahn's on several occasions and as soon as my daughter and I walk through the door we are made to feel so welcome.
We have always found our room to be clean and comfortable.
From our room we had a view of the sea. Although the guest house is a road off the front this is great as you don't get all the noise of people returning to their hotels in the evening.
Looking forward to returning again later in the year.
Thanks again for making our trip to Blackpool perfect. 



Positive Feedback

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago whilst visiting friends in Blackpool had a very comfortable stay in a sea view room that was very clean and very comfortable en suite. David and Wahn were very friendly and made sure I was made very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. I will defiantly be visiting again and would highly recommend 

Fantastic friendly Guesthouse 

When we arrived he had a little dig at me for booking through an on line site firstly, which we just shrugged it off
My husband  and I went with another couple we had such a lovely day site seeing, spent all day until about 9pm out walking and enjoying ourselves.
When we returned to the guest house for a night cap the owner David was a disgrace he was absolutely out of his face (drunk) and may i add very insulting, especially to two women who had also returned to have a drink in the bar, i felt uncomfortable having to witness this and then having to go to bed knowing that that the owner who was supposed to be taking care of his guest was wasted to the extent that he fell over whilst trying to lock up 
would highly recommend not staying there

Disgrace of a guest house

Well what can I say booked through Late rooms as a last minute get away. £ 60 for night I would be embarrassed to charge £30 if I was the owner. No wonder they don't do breakfast imagine the chit chat over it. On check out weren't asked how the stay was which says it all. Definitely would look around before booking here as I have stayed for a night cheaply in Blackpool and not had any issues with room. The bed was so uncomfortable and creaky, small room, had to play around with water for shower took ages for hot water to come through. Bathroom and room very dated which I can normally live with however unclean bed not. Duvet cover had stains on it and I chose to sleep on top of Bed with partners jumper on as somebody's hairs were lurking on the sheet. To top it all really loud due to a group of lads which went on into the early hours and again early this morning. 
Don't expect it to be on the front and sea view well let's just leave it at that.
