As other people have said. Very clean room. Adequately heated and hearty breakfast to finish with. Staying on my own this time as visiting mum. She recommended this one. Close to trains and supermarket. Hotel itself is dated but more than up to the job. Great if you're on a budget.

Pleasurable experience

Needed a bed for the night. Venue close to our show by so good. Friends stayed nearby and cost a lot more. But out rooms were spot on. Peter is very kind and helped us with our parking. Even carried our luggage up for us. 
Expected far less hospitality but was rewarded with nothing but kindness. We don't need to stay anytime soon but if we do it'll be this one. Thank you.

No disruption nice quiet.
Breakfast not much choice but more than adequate.
Checkout easy. No faffing just put key in box. No embarrassing goodbyes and oh how lovely. 
Pros close to train station. 
Cons close to noisy hotels. 
Tip. Ask for room out back if you need quiet. 
All in all excellent.

Thoughtful owner

Very happy. Clean comfortable. Shame about noisy people in in Rome 11 disrespectful playing loud music and shouting. But my room was warm and cosy room 10. Everything I needed was supplied. My friends room was on the top floor but just as lovely. We had to smoke outside as it's a no smoking hotel. Breakfast perfectly cooked and just right amount. Thank you.

Quieter part of Lord Street

Really nice and friendly welcome from the hosts. Bed was warm and fresh. Room tidy and clean. A bit dated but covered all my needs. Breakfast gorgeous. A real treat. Close to train station and shops. Absolutely brilliant will be staying again.

It's the first hotel we've stayed at in the 10 plus years we've been visiting Blackpool that's had so much space and a seating area in our room. 
Little touches like the fold out mirror and the fan are great. We bought a fan with us but was able to leave it in the car 😊 
It was very peaceful and quiet and easy to get off to sleep. The breakfast is very good and made with good quality ingredients. 
Shall look forward to returning in the near future, thanks again 😊

Amazing breakfast

After a rather expensive excursion to Manchester and liverpool we stayed here. We have never been so well looked after in another hotel and we have stayed in many. 
The room was lovely and clean and breakfast hearty. When we stay in Blackpool again we are going to stay here. Warm welcoming and very reasonably priced too.

Booked this b&b as its close to train station and the funny girls as this was the reason we was in Blackpool 
On arriving the chap who answered door was pleasant got us checked in quickly told us where rooms were etc 
Didn't see him again until breakfast 
The rooms where very clean, bed comfy so no problems there en suite was tiny not much room to move about in but was spotlessly clean 
The breakfast was by far the best thing about this place and left us all full right till tea time 
Overall had a good stay and defo would use again
