Christian the owner was incredibly helpful and efficient. He provided us with lots of useful information about places to visit, restaurants, bars etc. The room was very clean and warm. The bed was a little too firm for our liking but that is just personal taste. Great location with an easy walk from the station and into the town centre.

Excellent host

We cannot recommend staying at Lynwood House highly enough. Christian is an outstanding host, making sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfect and only a short walk from the centre. Parking was convenient and free which is hard to come by in Bath. The room was clean and tidy with lovely little touches such as hot water bottle and tea point - the coffee in particular was very nice! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, free parking and exceptional hospitality.

We’ve just returned from a weekend break in Bath with friends staying here for 2 nights. Christian kept us well informed of check in arrangements, we were able to book parking and he was extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and eat. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the coffee was great. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s a close walk to town and within easy reach of all of the sights.

Wonderful

Everything about our stay was perfect. Before we even arrived, we were given very organized instructions on check in/ check out, etc. As soon as we walked up to the front door, the hosts greeted us with such warmness and friendliness! They even gave us a list of QR codes with the best pubs/cafes and things to do in Bath! Aside from the brilliant service, the room itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Clearly, they put a lot of effort into making people feel at home. I 100% recommend! The next time I visit Bath, I will gladly stay at the Lynwood House again.

Wonderful stay

The room was perfect, clean, cosy and very close to the town centre (just over a 5 minute walk) I also really appreciated the big selection of tea and coffee left for us. Richard was a great host and advised us all about the city and where to go, we really appreciated being allowed to use the car park for a few hours extra after we checked out so we could enjoy one final afternoon in the city.

Great room in a central location

Instructions for arrival good,room was small but comfortable with en-suite .location was a 10 minute walk into the centre .host was informative and helpful. Recommended. Free parking at the back of the property.

Small but comfortable and very central with free parking,great.

I stayed here for work for two nights and it was fabulous. It’s in a fantastic location, only a few short minutes walk into the centre. The room was very clean and had great light. Christian was amazing, from helping with with my case up the stairs to giving me recommendations on restaurants and things to do whilst I was there. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Brilliant Short Stay

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Cannot recommend it enough. From free parking to location it was superb in everyway. Christian was amazing from the beginning and was on hand to give us any advice that was needed. Will deffo be going back soon!

Perfect place to stay in Bath!

Clean, comfortable and very convenient to the city centre and surrounding areas. The price is reasonable and we got little extras like a mini fridge, cork screw with glasses, soap and body lotion in the bathroom, extra blankets if needed etc. Which made the stay even better. 
As we weren't leaving until later in the evening after a final day of sight seeing, we were kindly invited to leave the car there for hours after check out with no fuss or extra charges as there weren't any others that needed the space. The owners are very kind and generous - can't fault them or the establishment.

Great Find

My husband and I visited Lynwood House for a 3 night break. Beautiful room and spotlessly clean. Perfect location just a 10 minute leisurely stroll into the centre of Bath. Would highly recommend for a short break.
