Went with friends and we met Kenny and Margaret who made us all feel extremely welcome. They run a very clean and modern establishment and have everything that you need and more. They were very flexible with breakfast times, which was absolutely fantastic.
We will definitely be booking with them next year, not only because it was a fantastic place to stay but it would be worth it to see Kenny and Margaret again cause they are such a lovely couple.

Fantastic Establishment

Well what can we say ...Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Ken Mar House....Our hosts Kenny and Mary were just wonderful, so friendly and we had lots of chat and laughter with them both.  The annex we stayed in was so cosy spotlessly clean, bed was so so comfortable.  The wee kitchen was unbelievably stocked with everything you could possibly need I loved it.  The shower room had beautifully fluffy towels and a great shower and again fully equipped with all you could need.  Breakfast was truly lovely,  great selection .  Indeed had a truly personal touch.
Loved our time there with Mary and Kenny , such a special couple and the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to stay with....We will definitely be back asap

Best hosts ever!

A wonderful find.  Not to far from the racing and close to restaurants and bars. Safe car space. Home from home.  Fabulous breakfast. Ken and Mary are such lovely, friendly people who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.  Nothing was to much trouble.

Weekend Break - Armoy Road Racing

Ken and Mary were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble.  They were very friendly chatted for ages with us, made us both feel very welcome.  Absolutely beautiful accommodation would more than recommend Ken-mar House to everyone, the breakfast was lovely with lots of variety.  10 out of 10 regards Martin and Sharon from Nottingham

Short Stay

Having spent a week at Ken-Mar House we would thoroughly recommend staying at this wonderful B&B. Kenny and Mary are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are fabulous and the rooms exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The spectacular causeway coast is easily reached in less than 30 mins drive. Thank you both for making our stay perfect in every way!

The Perfect Stay in Northern Ireland

We had an excellent stay at Ken-mar house. Everything we needed was to hand and our hosts were perfect. The breakfasts were fabulous ! Rooms were clean and comfortable and we had an excellent sleep. A perfect location to visit the North West 200.

Highly recommend

I have stayed here on a number of occasions over the years both on business and for family travel. Kenny and Mary are a lovely couple who simply can’t do enough for you and get genuine satisfaction from your enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Mary always leaves a traditional Northern Irish welcome of light refreshments in the room which is a nice touch when you arrive. 
The breakfast served is top class with a varied menu and you will struggle to find better quality and value in Ballymoney.
The house has plenty of private parking and is perfectly situated in the main area of the town providing an excellent base to visit the North Antrim Coastline and tourist spots. 
Kenny and Mary are always happy to chat and give you advice on best places to visit in the region.
100% recommended and fully deserved of high scores on various booking websites.

The place was very clean and tidy. It had everything that we needed. 
The hosts were fantastic. So friendly and accommodating. 
Food outstanding. We had full Irish breakfasts.
Accommodation very handy to town. Easy walk. The chippy was just across the road too.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic welcome and stay from Kenny and Mary. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt really well looked after. 
We stayed in the Annex and we found it fully equipped with everything you could wish for. There was complimentary milk, tea, coffee and much more including specials treats that were very unexpected! Our room was checked each day and restocked as necessary. 
Complimentary towels, really comfy cosy beds and the best ever pillows! We both had fantastic nights sleep. 
The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice.   
The location to town is perfect; walking distance to anything you need, shops cafes and bars. 
We would highly recommend Ken-Mar House, if you want to stay in or around Ballymoney don't bother looking for anywhere else to stay!

Absolutely Fantastic

Stayed at Kenny and Marys bed and breakfast, (Ken-Mar House) lovely couple. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spotless, whole house was really clean. 

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked by Mary and severed by Kenny. Their was a good selection of cereal and fruit to choose from.  

Really enjoyed our stay, will miss our morning chats.

Good location to visit all the local attractions.
