I recently went on a business trip to Sharjah and had an amazing experience at this hotel. As someone who manages tourism facilities in Turkey, I’d like to start by expressing my gratitude to the hotel’s management team. From the very beginning, I noticed the hotel’s excellent location. At the reception, Mr. Walid and the entire staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room service and housekeeping teams were precise and exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and all the amenities truly gave the impression of a five-star hotel. The breakfast and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The chef was not only highly skilled but also incredibly cheerful and warm-hearted. Alongside the chef, another friendly staff member provided guidance and service with a smile. **Suggestions:** 1. It would be great to have ashtrays available in rooms with balconies. 2. A map or guide in the rooms for services outside the hotel would be very helpful. For instance, I discovered a nearby beach where guests can access free services by presenting a voucher from the hotel. I found the beach through personal research, but I believe it would be wonderful to include information about such spots in the rooms, perhaps using a QR code for easy access.
