Of all the places in the Carpathian Mountains that we stayed in May 2016, this was the most relaxing inn for us.
We enjoyed the spacious room and beautifully landscaped property as well as the pure sights and sounds of nature all around with a large variety of songbirds throughout the days.
The small Inn is located on the end of any development and bordering a beautiful forest area with some trails.
On bottom of the hill about 350 meters hike, there is stream and a large sanitorium complex near by as well as a small community with many guest houses and small motels.
The food quality was excellent and prepared and presented with great care and taste,
The staff members were well trained and gracious, and alway ready to assist with any questions. Also some tried to speak english which was very much appreciated,Thank You.!
However there was one small issue with housekeeping, our dishes from room service and garbage from the previous night were not removed after the first and second day of cleaning. When we mentioned it at the frontdesk  it was corrected the following day, but we noticed one housekeeper was upset with us  and  disputed it. 
She may not have known any different.
We felt that this is a management and training problem which can be easily corrected.

Tranquility, a hidden gem

We enjoyed our stay in Villa in December 2011 very much! Service was excellent as well as food, clean and spacious rooms and variety of excursions. The climate is extremely welcoming with its fresh air and beautiful virgin nature. Highly recommended for families and couples of different age groups!

Family friendly place in the heart of Carpathian Mountains!!!

It was my first trip to this part of Ukraine, and the experience we had here exceeded our expectations. We've stayed just two days and one night (the hotel management was so kind to allow us early check-in and extended stay for no extra fee). If you come to Svaliava by train, hotel offers you free transfer by mini-bus, and it's probably better than going there by car - the roads, unfortunately, are very bad in this region. Hotel location is amazing - it stands in the mountains, near the forest, no other houses or people around, and if you go out and walk some 100 meters you'll see the wonderful view of the walley and other mountains. You can also go down to the stream and take a walk in a nice park of big sanatorium Kvitka Polonyny. 
Speaking of hotel itself, the rooms are perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms we've stayed in had balconies with tables and chairs. Hotel has small fitness center, swimming pool (it was closed yet), jacuzzi, and two saunas - but we didn't have enough time to use any of those. Instead, following the recommendations of hotel manager Olya we went to so-called "hot tubs". This place is appr. 1.5 hours drive from the hotel, but it is totally worth it. We warmed up in these cast-iron tubs with 40-45 degrees Celsius hydrosulfide water (there is burning firewood under the tub), and then jumped into cold mountain river (5 degrees). This is absolutely unique experience, and the feeling is great! 
We had all our meals in hotel restaurant just because the menu was so interesting (a lot of typical local dishes) and the food was just excellent. Besides, the prices, compared to Kiev, are very reasonable. 
The staff is also friendly and helpful. On the second day we wanted to take some tour and see some castles around, and they took us there by their mini-bus.
If you consider travelling to  Transcarpatian region, do not miss this place. I often say that Ukraine may seem a little wild for foreigners from more developed countries. But if you come here, you'll experience something you do not find often in "civilized world" - peaceful, quiet atmosphere, beautiful nature,  unique culture, some challenges and adventures - like bad roads:) And staying in Villa Kvitka combines all this with the real comfort and good-quality service.
