There  are no cats... such a pity. 
Location is very good.  Balcony is lovely! But this hostel isn't very good. 
The biggest problem is a closed door. If you come from your walk late at night, you should call owner to open a door for you. 

Not ba, but not good

I booked in advance with big expectations. I arrived in the evening. A guy which is also living there gave me the basic info and tried to be helpful. 
The kitchen and the bathroom were not that inviting. 
The owner even did not greet me (there were very few more guests only), but she said with surprise "bye" when she saw me leaving the hostel in the early morning with my backpack.

Old house, old apartment and not very friendly

Location: Not bad. 10 min walk to the city center and 5 min to the most famous club.

Facility: Maybe a bit old bathroom and kitchen.

Price: 60 UAH, cheap!

They are good at speaking English and friendly.

You can access to the wifi internet quite good.

The stuff was really hellpfull, and morning breakfast gladeling too.
For sure, there's good plase for alone backpackers to find new lokal friends or having a rest with company.
Located in 15 minutes walking to the city centre, so it was easy to get in at night.
hope back here again.
