I didn't stay here but asked the host if they could look after my stuff since I came to selcuk in the morning and would leave after visiting Ephesus. Surprisingly they let me put my stuff there for a cheap price. When I picked up my bag they even asked me if I want tea and sweet.

Excellent host!

Room clean, beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast.  Within walking distance of Archaeological Museum, Temple of Artemis,  St. John Cathedral and fine restaurants  Amiable hosts who can speak English.  Be careful about parking car in front of Pension..  Usually cars not parked on that side of street in the morning and on Saturdays the bazaar moves in early.

Good location family pension. Grandpa and mama showed warm caring. I told them to change Wifi at floor 3(vardar3) because it was the origin of whole Wifi problem. But it is not a matter of problem to stay. No Indoor pool but will they suggest free outdoor pool on the way to Sirince.

Friendly family pension

I enjoy my stay in this pension. It is a family style pension, they don't speak much English but we can still understand each others. It is close to train and bus station. Supermarket and restaurants are all around, i arrived on Saturday and catch up with the saturday market, which is a good experience, i brought some cherry and dried fruits at very cheap price! The breakfast is good!

Very nice stay!

Chose this pension due to its close proximity to the bus station and train station. Close also to the taxi station. Was very convenient to get to Ephesus and Mama Mary's house and to the airport because of the easy walk to these transportations. Heard the rooftop view was nice but didnt get a chance to go to the rooftop due to lack of time. We stayed there for one night with late check in.. We were warmly welcomed and accomodated by the very nice and friendly family. Small but very clean room with shared balcony. Delicious breakfast with delicious turkish tea. Good wifi connection. They let us leave our luggage upon checkout and use their bathroom after checkout which is also clean. My only complaint is the number of electrical outlets available. There was one in the room and one in the bathroom but the bathroom one wasnt working.

Great place and location.

We enjoyed our stay at Vardar Pension in Selcuk.  The rooms, although very tight with beds for four people, were clean, and so was the bathroom.  The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked pretty well and having a small balcony was great for drying clothes that we washed by hand there.  Looking at the photos, we expected a pool at the place, but the pool is actually about 20 minutes out of town via dolus (pretty easy to get to/from) at a mountain pension owned by the same person who owns Vardar.  Just a heads-up!  The pool is well worth the trip out there, though!  Vardar is conveniently located, walking distance from the main Selcuk bus terminal, with busses to Ephesus leaving there every 15 minutes or so.  The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the staff are friendly.  A recommended spot to stay if you're in need of a night or two while visiting Ephesus.

It has a very family feel that made us feel at home. Rooms are very basic but it is what you see in the photos. Breakfast was very Turkish so prepare yourself if you need different flavours. Breakfast courtyard is great.

There is no pool. Ok.  There is and you can use it but 3.8km far away in some other part of the City. Room very basic. If somebody is using shower or toilet in the corridor it is almost as he would do that in your room. People are nice.
