What a fantastic experience me and my family had. If your looking for a hotel in Manavgat, Monachus family resort is the one to book. You will have the time of your life with wonderful views, unforgettable memories and experiences and overall great place to get away! We stayed for 7 nights, Monachus hotel had everything on site. Salon, mini shop, spa, gym, jewellery shop, photography shop, private beach, 3-4 different pools, mini parks very impressed. Staff were all very lovely, my family and I want to say a HUGE thank you to Roxann who made our experience even better her hospitality was 11/10 OUTSTANDING. She went above and beyond for us. I hope she receives some recognition from the hotel! As she plays a huge part to Monachus team. She always made time for all the guests, trying to get to know them, making them feel welcome, asking guests if any improvements needed to made or simply asking guests they were enjoying. Overall what a wonderful individual she is. So thank you Roxann (HR) Entertainment team, TEMPO - TEMPO – CLAP CLAP!! You all made each day such a joy. Full of excitement, activities, energy, happiness and positive vibes. Mustafa, Gorki, Muhammad (Shakira), max, the main man who lead the evening shows Gorki’s cousin and the rest of the team, what a pleasure to be around for the week. Entertainment team were spectacular!! You made my husband put a leotard on and that made a memory forever for us – I am very grateful hahaha!! I could not fault the team they worked effortlessly to make sure all guests were entertained and always welcomed. Again the manager to the entertainment if you are reading this please give the team a massive moment of recognition – They represent the hotel, and the rest of the team outstandingly. All staff were dressed very smart and clean, different teams had different uniforms – it made it very clear who to approach if you needed anything. The food was WOW WOW WOW. Each day they made sure there was something different on the menu, themed nights, live cooking, varieties of different starter, mains, desserts. Children had a separate buffet which they could choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were never the same. The chefs and kitchen staff were all well dressed, very happy, welcoming and happy to help. It was nice to see different country foods available too, as there was a lot of people visiting from different countries. The rooms were very spacious our room 1103 was perfect for us, we had a garden view, our fridge was topped up with drinks each day to help ourselves. Our room was cleaned and refreshed each day. The housekeeping and hygiene attention were satisfying not just in the rooms but across the entire hotel. We were told if there were any issues or we wanted or needed anything at any point to contact the reception I believe by just dialling number 9 on the room phone. If I had to pick on something I would say, there was no iron available and we had to pay for this to be done for us separately and the shower was OK but could be a little nicer. Apart from that I have nothing negative to say towards the hotel. The hotel had garden staff who went around spraying all the flowers, grass etc with insect spray to keep any mosquitos and unwanted insects away, which I felt was really good. Everything in the hotel was clean, friendly, tidy, it shined. I know the hotel has just taken over from previous management and there is a new owner – The hotel had only opened it’s doors 2 weeks before we came. I was in shock as it felt the hotel had been open well before that. Everything was in place and felt extremely organised and maintained. The hotel was full, but it didn't feel too crowded. There were plenty of areas at the hotel to take pictures of your children, as a couple, individually and as families they also had a professional photographer on site that you could hire to take pictures and make albums (additional payment required) My daughter was in tears on the last day of our visit, we were all heartbroken we were having to leave. We did think of extending our visit promised we would visit again without a shadow of doubt. We received a warm and emotional goodbye from the staff at the hotel. What an experience we had, felt like royalty - we will definitely be visiting again 10 OUT OF 10!! Lots of Love United Kingdom
