We stayed at Marti Apartments and they were so helpful!

It was a little difficult to find at first but was nice and central and easy to get around.

The staff were so helpful and booked out Anzac tour for us.

I would definitely recommend staying at Marti Apartments

I booked a penthouse suite at Marti apartments based on favourable TA reviews for a trip with my elderly parents last year. 

My parents have strict dietary requirements and hence the cooking hob was very important to us. On the first night the hob stopped working at 9pm just when we were cooking dinner. Called the manager, Adam on his mobile as he had asked us to. He promised to send someone, they got delayed, and finally he came at midnight to check on it. He got a replacement but that didnt seem to work either.

The next day we didnt hear from him until noon. For breakfast, he had said it would be available at 7:30 am. I went down, no one there. When we called him, he said his brother said he was there and challenged my truth. I asked him about the hob, and he blew his top off, asking me to leave the hotel at that moment. I was stunned. 

He calmed down and the rest of the trip went without event. HIs staff were very good and kind thankfully and the breakfasts were generous.

Returned home and realised that they had charged me twice- once in July and once in August during our trip. Called him many times, he kept saying he will refund it, never did. Thank god I had used a credit card, I raised a fraud alert with them and they refunded me the money.

Avoid at all costs- horrible, rude management & credit card scammers

We stayed at this place on October and that was nice. But they charged again my credit card on January. We made the reservation through booking.com, so they tried to get our money back and cannot have it again. People from this hotel lied all time saying they will give our money back, but they did not. So if you go there pay in cash !

Be careful - Fraud !

Stayed in May 2014 and was charged again in jan. 2015.  They don't answer any emails so no way to notify them.  Even though the hotel looks great stay somewhere else and save yourself a headache of disputing a charge!!! 

DONT BOOK...credit card scammer!!!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here in September 2014. I paid for the booking in August and have since been charged the same amount again in January 2015. I tried emailing and calling the apartments and have had no answer. 
Everything about the stay was fine and the owner and staff were quite nice. However, after coming here to write a review, I see that many other people have had the same thing happen. It is obviously a scam. DO NOT book here.
