The Coach Hotel

I spent 3 nights of my city break in istanbul at the coach hotel.it is located very close to the tram station ( laleli or aksaray) in the centre of the old town of istanbul, very close to the major touristic attractions. it seems to be a new construction with small roms, like most of the hotels in the old part of the town. i liked the furniture, new and modern, a pretty big and very clean bathroom. the led tv was big and very modern (about 100 cm). we had breakfast included. the place where we were served breakfast was clean. the dishes consisted of: salads, bread, cheese, eggs (fried and boiled), cereals, jam, milk, coffee, tea, juice, all of them of a decent quality. people at the reception didn't speak english very well but it was ok, we have somehow managed to communicate:) there was still one thing i didn't like: the surroundings. in the evenings, the narrow streets around the hotel were transforming in some strange open commercial spaces...with weird people selling different things (they put the clothes, bags or watches directly on the ground), but they were nice people i guess, they never caused us any trouble, not even at the midnight when me and my boyfriend were returning from our long walks in this fascinating city of contrasts .if i were to visit istanbul again i would definitely choose coach hotel again.
