Very comforting rooms and welcoming manager Emri :) 
I visited kapadokiya along my friend recently and we chosed central stone to stay in.. From neat and clean room service, to arranging hot air ballon ride, green tour, turkish night and even drop to airport in very short time, Mr. Emri was a great help.
I strongly recommend central stone to all :)

Very good location in center of Goreme, but quiet enough. Rooms are normal, clean. Nice terrace on top, where breakfast is served. Breakfast is quiete rich, cheese, salami, eggs, marmalade, jam, corn flakes..

The owner was very helpful, gave us good advices about travelling around and even for our journey to Antalya coast. Its wise to book balloon or other trips through him, prices are good, we checked in other companies.

It was pleasure accommodation with my Mom for 2 nights. Emre ( who is manager of the hotel )  is hospitable, kind and entrepreneur with his staff. If I go there again, I want to stay at this place definitely.

2016년 5월28일부터 31일까지 방문했고 혼자라서 여성 도미토리 이용했습니다. 네이버 블로그에 좋은 코멘트가 많아서 여기로 신청했는데 기대보다 더 만족합니다.
우선 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 기본적으로 매일 방과 화장실을 청소해주고, 수건도 매일 큰더한자유작은거 한장 제공합니다.
두번째로 주인총각이 엄청 친절합니다. 다른 터키남자들처럼 공격적이고 장난끼있는게 아니라 차분하고 성실한타입이라 신뢰가 갑니다. 혼자오는거라 여행오기 전부터 문의를 했는데 카카오톡으로 답변 친절하고 상새하게 알려줍니다. 발룬투어, 레드투어, 그린투어, 데니즐리행 버스 모두 주인이 예매해주었고 여행하는동안 중국여행자들이 가격 물어봐서 알려줬는데 제가 더 저렴하게 했더라구요.(이부분은 직접 비교하시고 판단하시는게 현명할듯) 저렴한 요금에도 불구하고 친절한 서비스에 굉장히 만족했습니다.
세번째로는 좋은 위치에 위치해있습니다. 벌룬투어는 아침 4시15분까지 벌룬회사로 가야하는데 카피도키아 벌룬이 바로 옆건물이라 10발자국 가시면 됩니다. 그리고 사진보시면 아침 식사하는 장소에서 탁트인 카파도키아 시내를 매일 보실 수 있습니다.
ATM(주인아저씨한테 물어봐서 아저씨쓰는 은행으로 ATM으로 가세요 수수료 바가지 안쓰게), 다른도시로 가는 버스정류장 모두 5분거리, 이 동네 항아리케밥 맛집 디벡(여기가면 꼭 와이너리 보여달라고 해서 와인 맛보세요 )도 가까이에 있고 썬셋포인트도 다 도보 거리입니다.
I have stayed this hotel dormitory room from 5/28-31, n i have chose here since there are a lot of good comments from bloggers.
1st of all it is a clean hotel(toilet, bed-clean every day n provide 2 towels every day)
2nd i love the hotel owner "Emre". He made my trip perfect from before i came here. He helped me to book red tour, green tour and bus to denizli and i could ask those bookings his kind answer through messenger(kakao talk or wechat) 
Kind service always make me happy:) i have very satisfied with it despite of super cheap price.
3rd it is located in perfect location. (1)since for balloon tour i needed to arrive balloon company at 4:15am. n cappadokia balloon which is trustworthy to fly with is just 10step distance from hotel. its not the end. (2)the picture ive uploaded is the scene i could see everyday when i have breakfast. it's a perfect view while u enjoy your Turkish breakfast n coffee. (3) both ATM and the bus companies n stop to move to other cities are all in 5minutes distance. (4) local famous pottery kebab restaurant 'debek'  is also in 5 min distance.(5)please dont miss sun set point is also in walking distance.

Very nice and friendly staff. 
Emre's mother cooked for us very delicious  food. Hotel is located close to the interest points. The baloon flight started right from the same building.
We stayed for 5 days. Breakfast really good and enough. The terrace is really nice, with a view of the city.
