Dirty and muddy swimming pool, old and used territory, dogs and cats walking everywhere. In villa there are old dirty furniture and bathrooms, broken air conditioners. For my questions owner didn't answer after take payment and didn't solve problems. WiFi very poor.
Owner canceled my booking from web service after I checked in, so I can't send a review for them or ask service support. 
Bad service, poor villa, money for the wind.

Perfect place to spent your nervous

1. **Cleanliness**: The villa was extremely dirty. The beds were dusty, and my child has developed an allergy since this morning due to the dust.
2. **Amenities**: There was no WiFi available, contrary to the listing.
3. **Cleaning Supplies**: The villa lacked basic cleaning tools such as a mop or wiper.
4. **Gas for Stove**: We had to wait an unreasonably long time to receive gas for the stove, severely disrupting our plans.
5. **hot water for the shower is very weak.
6.** TV is not working.
7. Dogs poops is everywhere on the grass.
8. ** insects is every where in the villa.
9. ** Furniture is old, dirty and mostly broken.
10. **Payment Issues**: I was required to pay in cash, which I was not informed about beforehand, resulting in an additional $100 fee to transfer money and promised to send the receipt but they didn't.

To make matters worse, after receiving the cash payment, the owner canceled our reservation to prevent any reviews or complaints

Worst stay

We booked Jasmine villa for a one nighr stay. We were looking for a transit hotel. We chose this place based on the pictures we found online.

There is some difference between the pictures and what the place has to offer. However, the room was fine, but you could see that the entire yard is pretty old and the interiors were a bit dirty. It was a clear sign of massive usage. However, the bedsheets were clean and the mattresses were pretty good. 

The pool was clean as compared to the pictures I saw here on TripAdvisor.  

I would like to thank the host. Really helpful.
Indeed the gardner doesn't speak English. But use a translation app. 

Pleasant trnasit stay

Horrible place and would advise everyone avoid at all cost.  Pool is unsanitary and the owners are unresponsive once you pay.  I had ants in the house. Dogs roaming the property and the power went out multiple times. Much nicer places for the money and better locations as well.

Horrible experience and would never return.

We went to this spot for my husbands birthday, and we really appreciated the quaint and special features of the property. The pool was too cold to swim in, and surrounding area needed some TLC and the grass cut! However we decided to BBQ as this was on the the facilities included in the price of the property. While making the BBQ the owner’s mother came screaming at us to move the bbq to an exposed area. I refused as it was not safe. So the owners mothers  decided to take matters in her own hands and move our BBQ to a tiled area of the property! I moved it back, but in the process, a piece of lit coal burnt my right foot! She then decided to Call the police!!?? God knows why, but anyway we continued to BBQ knowing well within our rights we were allowed to and we were not disturbing anyone. The owners mother had 3 dogs tied to steel chains barking and trying to escape during our time there. This was heartbreaking and annoying. The old lady really ruined this holiday for us and on that basis and her calling the police because we had a BBQ in the bbq area, has left a bitter Taste in our mouths. Terrible behaviour of host

Not sure how this place works. But my review is on Vila Mel. I arrived to a gardener who could not speak English and took my money (no receipt) and could give no contact details. So I walked round and found a lady who,told me the owner was in a house over there. So l knocked on door and spoke to an English lady. Booking.com advertised this as en-suite two bedroom superior villa. There was no en suite. And no minibar what they mean is a fridge. The other hotel we booked said minibar but they mean a fridge. The villa was being cleaned so we had to wait. The Gardner went and got us some sun beds and had watered down the patio area. This villa is about 10 mins from calis beach. It was comfortable for,the four of us. The kitchen had odd cutlery, glasses and did not have much items in it. We had a pleasant stay for three nights. The first night was very noisy however. Our villa was clean, comfortable and bed linen good. The second day the pool was cleaned and gardening was being done. Nice plot in its days and with some care could be again. Had to ask gardener where to drop key. Lack of management is our main issue. No WiFi Most times.

My review is on Tulip Vila Mel

I rented 2 villas for my family and my friend. First impression was not so good as Villa for my friend is just for 4 people as they were 5. Steva arranged other one which is not close to mine. We met lots of problems during our stay. Tools, equipments and facility were not maintained and lots of safety risks were founded such as open electrical plugs and wires with electricity. We found plates were not cleaned and so dirty. My friend’s villa with high humidity on the walls and smells like garbage when we enter the villa at the first time. It is really not so easy to keep in contact with owner. When asking her some problem, owner forwards problem to Steva and Steva tries to resolve with limited resources. I personally think owner has arrogant personality who just focus on to earn money at summer season. She never focuses on to repair those just speaks. You can completely believe who gave low scores but how others gave high score I don’t know.

Villa NightMARE

About the villa, We stayed villa Mel for 2 nights, all we four people were enjoy. They provide anything for the normal life living, you even can cook, there are enough tableware and kitchenware, even barbecue stuffs.
We came in middle of October, in the night it was a little bit cold, the owner provided us additional blanket, which was nice.

About hotel service, checked in without passport, which made me little surprised. When we checked out also just needed to give back the keys, they didn’t went to check the villa. But all things are good, I thought just the owner try to manage villas on the easy way. 

About the location, it needs about 10 mins to drive to the center of city, but if you rent a car, it will be no any problem. 

Highly recommend to anyone, and if we come back to Fethiye again, we will stay here again.

Excellent experience 

I booked this villa before the high exchange rate for the dollars against Turkish lira from 22 of August to 25  of August. After this change in Turkish lira price I received an email told me that the property can’t process my credit card and I have to update my credit information I did that and update with the other card. Again, I received another email from booking.com telling me about the same problem and I updated again with another card, knowing that I have been used those cards to book three hotels (the marmara of Antalya, tourist hotel and hotel su & aqualand) and it works normally without any problem I think there is no problem with the villa but the problem is with the owner he is a bad person has no credibility and he put me in very bad situations and my family 


They cancelled my booking 

Booked a 10 night stay in June. When we arrived we we’re shown around. First impression was not good. After a second look around on our own we noticed the shower cubicle was dirty. The fridge was dirty. Food splashed on cupboard door. This obviously had not be cleaned. Electric socket hanging of the wall in bedroom. Cushions on the outside sun loungers & chairs very dirty & stained. To top it off a dog did his toilet on the grass outside of our terrace. The dog owner picked the dog up but left the dog dirt. Not a acceptable, I slipped on the spiral staircase & bruised my knee.  We told the owner we would not be staying & asked for our money back. She refused saying it was between us & Booking. Com who we  booked with. 
We left & went to a hotel. We have received no refund from the owner, just a small amount from booking. Com as a good will gesture. Please do not waste your money booking this dreadful place.
