We have stayed here a while ago and enjoyed our stay. Obviously great value compared to some other hotels in same class but the best part for us was how central it was to town center. When we arrived as a family we had some sort of bug unrelated to this hotel but everyone in the hotel has been great helping us. Using kitchen to prepare my daughters milk, keeping her entertaint while we eat and much more.

Great value, clean and central

Value and cleanliness

At first glance, I was disappointed. Although the hotel was refurbished from the outside lately, the rooms looks old in design and style. The rooms are old-fashioned, opened with a physical metal key, attached to a plastic bar, required to activate the electricity in the room. The moment you pull it out, all the electricity goes away, without any time delay.
The room had three single beds, with only a light blanket. The shades do not block the light, and at 6AM the lights starts to bother you. The TV screen is the size of a desktop computer's monitor, and the lighting is insufficient, especially if you want to read in bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink on a single stand, without a counter-top. The glass shelf is tiny and there aren’t enough towel hooks. The towels are worn out, and should have been renewed long ago. The hand soap dispenser was empty, and was filled only after 3 days. The shower is small, the water current from the hand-held shower head in inconsistent and the faucet was installed the other way round- for the hot water you should turn the knob to the right, and for the cold water- to the left…
There's a tiny minibar refrigerator, just enough to hold 0.5Lt water bottles.
Breakfast on the terrace is a good point- although it's only cold stuff, except for the tea and coffee, it's rich.
The highlight of the hotel is a beautiful and well-maintained swimming pool, and the quiet environment, except when a car goes in the cobble-stone street, which makes a lot of noise.
The hotel is only 2 minutes' walk from the city marina walkway.
To summarize: if' you're a budget traveler- that's a good hotel for you. If you're into more luxurious accommodation- this is definitely not for you.

Family hotel- simple, cheap and quiet

The kids buffet a was chicken nuggets every day. The quality was bad. 
The Executive chef looked miserable.I never see him happy or smile and does not  care about the customers. 
The exec chef was cooking omelette and he got stroppy when my wife asked for omelette (one plain for child and one mixed) maybe language barrier. have to wait 10-15 minutes. They need 2 stoves and 2 staff on the omelettes.
 The small child's bed was very narrow. Not enough room to turn around without falling out of bed. The single sheets were not big enough to cover the bed. I went to inform reception and ask for more sheets. They were kind enough to get additional blanket and sheet, but it had old blood stains that didn't wash out.
we joined the beds together in the end which was no bother.
The snacks and ice cream in the cafe were good. 
Other Turkish hotels, chefs and catering staff go and talk to the customers and ask how their meal was or are you enjoying your stay, or how was your meal? Some of the catering staff are too young and avoid eye contact and interaction with customers.

On one day there was a younger chef in snack bar and he seemed a bit stressed out. He was ok but maybe he needed a few simple utensils like tongs to handle the food.
Most of the time he was using his hands to handle the food (raw burgers from freezer on the grill, then picked up cooked burgers, salad and chips with same hands) Not very hygienic.. 
For a 4 star hotel, the food and customer service should have been better.
The bar staff were very welcoming, friendly and easy to approach for drinks.

 SEAHORSE LAGOON
We got the shuttle to the lagoon when we arrived they refused me entry because i didnt have my wristband.
We just asked them "why dont you call and ask the hotel" 
The man was very rude. he said my wife and child can go because they have wristbands, but i was refused and asked to pay 30 lire to enter. It was absurd. There was an English lady who seemed to jump to the mans defence unless she was working there. She was rude and very pompous. 
We ended up going next beach for free.
HAMMAM, SPA & SALON
This was great. The turkish bath i would deffinately recommend. My wife paid a package for this with sauna and massage and both my wife and daughter had hair styled, cut and colour change. Very reasonably priced.
Overall the hotel does have some great potential if they invested in the following:
1) Better Wifi...It needs big, big improvement
2) Improvement of food and Executive chef and better training for catering staff...
3) New bed linen, curtains and furniture. The floor and bathroom are fine.
Poor  management.
The other is lady called Marina (client relations manager) she was good at welcoming guests and was approachable and  she tried her best to appease and resolve customer issues.
