We stayed here for 7 nights in the newer builds at the top of the hill.

The views were stunning but everything else was lacking.

The Wi-Fi was patchy, the sound of building work was constantly a problem and the food offered was below par. Their selection on the menu was limited and it meant we would have to travel hours daily to get some decent food in the town of Fethiye.

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone planning to do sightseeing as it is a long drive away from most of this high up in the mountains. You end up spending a fortune on fuel or taxis to get down to Fethiye.

The service was mediocre. Very difficult to get answers from watsapp which is what we were told to communicate to them via.
I had to wait one hour and a half one morning to get breakfast and what they offer you is poor considering the price tag of the ‘boutique hotel’.

The water pressure on the shower was low and the smell of sewage started to fill the bathroom on the new villa we were transferred to.

They only clean the room every 2 days and that’s upon your request.

The bamboo screening in the new villas means you do not get 100% privacy.

All in all the view and outdoor space is the only real selling point of this villa.

Not worth the money

Well what can I say this was an absolute amazing experience for me and my partner. When we arrived all staff were fantastic made you fell like millionaire couldn’t do enough for you. The room was out of hand lots of room bed was extremely comfortable. We had food on the table on the deck by the pool while the sun was setting it was breathtaking with the meal being of the highest quality. 
We can honestly say we have never been anywhere like that the views all around us were incredible and the attention to detail from the resort was very very good. 

Highly recommend a visit if you want to feel relaxed and on top of the world 🤩🤩🤩

Fantastic experience

This is a really lovely hotel in a beautiful area of Turkey. The rooms and the layout is perfect for a couple’s getaway. The room service is very quick and staff are very attentive.

There are a few minor issues that the hotel need to sort out to make it a perfect stay.
1) the food options are very limited and I don’t think the hotel uses the amazing local produce and cuisine to its advantage. We got bored of the options after 2 days.
2) They keep posting pictures of cocktails and at the time of our visit, none of these were available. The had no bar staff to make these and I understand that they struggle to hire bartenders to such a small quiet hotel but a member of staff could potentially learn to make a few popular drinks.

Beautiful place, minor issues

We spent the best honeymoon here. Amazing atmosphere with really nice people around. We were greeted by the owner ‘Önder’ and was asked several times by other staff if we needed anything before we checked in to our room. We had a staff called ‘Tuba’ who was really helpful all the way through from helping us book the most convinent room for us as we wanted to make sure it was a private room, she also arranged transfer from the airport which we didn’t even have to think about! You can contact her via whatsapp their number is on their instagram page. 
The rooms are clean and are well equipped with all the things you may need. We stayed in the rooms called ‘Petunya which is the most private room and Papatya’ both amazing with spacious pools and jacuzzi. Papatya suite had a full sea view with amazing sunset!
The food was cooked really well and worth the money you pay. You get a full set of turkish organic breakfast in the morning which is free of charge and you just have to pay for lunch and dinner.  Prices are good for what you get their chef’s are really good! 
From my experience, Breakfast in the pool was stunning! Then we had a lovely fruit tray near the jacuzzi enjoying the sea view. Towards the end, my husband suprised me with a lovely romantic dinner, the staff helped him setup everything for us! Overall, we have the best time here, took lots of pictures with amazing views, flowers and sunset and cannot wait to come back next year!! Thank you for all the staff.

Best honeymoon ever!

I have visit turkey 9 times before but this time it's really different, it's my first time to stay in seaview hotel and it was more than amazing, and special thanks to yasin the guy whose serving us he's so nice 👍❤️

Gorgeous days

Me and my boyfriend decided to book a very last minute to the Seaview hotel. As a birthday celebration we were absolutely spoilt by what this place has to offer. 
Staff went above and beyond and it was impeccable service. All staff genuinely friendly and owners were too. 
Room was beautiful and we had a little jacuzzi to ourselves. The view was beautiful and the place was pristine. It was a joy to stay here and although we stayed for one night we fell in love with the place. The only fault I can say is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely return as this place is absolutely incredible. 


Out of this world! 

My husband and I stayed for one night in the Pattaya room. Wow it was amazing , beautiful room with all amenities from toiletries to hairdryer and slippers, From fresh towels for both bathroom and jacquizie. It also has a mini bar but wasn’t sure whether the contents where included in the room price or if there was a charge as there were no prices.
The balcony had a double mattress/sun lounge and a lovely jacquizi bath and the views are amazing.
You are given your own personal waiter to what’s app your requirements which are then delivered to your room . Food and wine were lovely . We had dinner in the restaurant where we could enjoy the sunset . This place is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. The owners Alison and Onder were great , really helpful .
We enjoyed a beautiful floating breakfast in the pool which was amazing .
Would highly recommend seaview might seem expensive to some but I think it is well worth what you pay , words can’t describe how beautiful it is , we had an amazing 25th wedding anniversary .

Totally Amazing 

My fiancé booked a surprise romantic getaway for my birthday. We booked an orkide room with an infinity private pool and jacuzzi with a mesmerising view of the ocean and green lush pastures. The room is really big with a unique wood concept which we really enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and helped my fiancé decorate a whole terrace with roses, cake and champagne where he proposed to me at sunset. The staff even volunteered to film the whole romantic scene for us from their phones which they later sent us. We really felt like we were in paradise. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it!

Perfect romantic getaway

The place is beautifully located, tranquil and plenty of privacy. We decided to go for the Orchid room (2 nights) with private pool and jacuzzi, so the room was huge! Beautiful views, amazing sunset, the pool was heated which is great when you visit in November. We didn’t leave the room since we checked in, you just want to enjoy it every single minute of it. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, great bread, and plenty of variety. Ondar, the owner, is a sweet and caring man (he even went to a close town and bought cold medication for us so we didn’t have to leave the place!). If we are back in Faralya we will surely stay here again.

Perhaps the best stay in Turkey... AMAZING!

We stayed in this beautiful little place for a couple of nights in the middle of our holiday to Ölüdeniz. The idea was to get away from the hustle and bustle of olu and have a couple of days of peace, quiet and relaxation. And that is exactly what we got. 
We arrived at the hotel a little early but were made to feel welcome in the bar area and were offered drinks until our room was ready. Once shown to our room, we were given a quick guide around the facilities and how to use the jacuzzi bath, before being left to enjoy our own little bit paradise. 
The room was perfect, spacious, comfortable bed, air con and a well stocked minibar. And if we needed anything, the staff were only a short walk or WhatsApp message away. I thought it was a really nice touch that early evening I could message the staff from the hot tub with our drinks order, and within 5 minutes our drinks arrived ready for sunset. 
We ate in the restaurant both nights and some of the seafood starters were that good we ordered the same the following evening. All washed down with some lovely wine that was very reasonably priced. 
Breakfast was also fantastic, lots of choice and all freshly cooked/made. 
During our stay we also walked down to the sea/beach, which was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel grounds. Lovely walk and beautiful views once we got there. 
I think there is only one thing I could suggest to make an improvement on our stay. There didn’t appear to be a daily room service, which didn’t really bother me and I enjoyed just being left to it. But having had quite a few drinks on our first evening it could be an idea to send someone down in the morning to collect the empty bottles/glasses. 😊
If you want stunning views, beautiful sunsets, total relaxation and friendly staff then I can’t recommend this place enough. 
We are already planning our next visit.
